Room view was lovely
Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Quality of breakfast. Location ideal.
great location for all facilites
Great room with seaview Fabulous en-suite Very good English breakfast Close to beach and all amenities
3 flights of stairs to room Could have been more of the Continental style breakfast items, like rolls etc. toast was the only bread type.
Excellent position. Friendly staff. Room good size & clean.
Poor & restricted parking. Poor disabled access from parking area. Buffet style breakfast(not very hot).
Beautiful breakfast lovely owners highly recommend
Lovely hotel and lovely staff lovely breakfast
There wasn't really any parking
They were very accomodating to our needs as my husband is partially disabled. I liked the buffet style breakfast. Plenty of choice the fruit cocktail was especially nice.
The cooked breakfast could have done with being a bit hotter
Good location, really enjoyed the buffet style breakfast, The new owners are very friendly and are always on hand should you need anything
The location is excellent, it couldn't be closer to the action. We had a sea view with a balcony so it was lovely to sit on the balcony with our morning cup of tea. The room we had was an attic room so not recommended for anyone taller that 5ft 6inch as the beams and awkward angles of the ceiling tend to find your head at every turn.. Ouch! The bathroom was surprisingly large with a full size bath and excellent shower and cubicle. Please be aware that there is no lift, only a chair lift for the first 2 flights, the attic rooms are 3 flights up. Room service available every day if you wanted it, with clean towels and bedding. The wifi reception was poor due to the position of the room although a good reception could be had in the bathroom, so answer your emails on the loo if you have room 19. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, with a good selection of food available, it would of been better, for those of us who are not early risers, if it could be served later than 9am. There is parking at the rear of the hotel for 4 cars, other than that the cost of parking elsewhere is quite expensive although you can park on the Main Street, opposite the hotel, for free, from 10pm until 10am. Overall a good stay and a good hotel that I would recommend
The low ceiling, breakfast finished at 9am, poor wifi reception, no lift

Everything was perfect
We were arriving by train getting there early we emailed to ask if we could drop off our bags and they said it would be fine. We arrived at about 11am and our room was ready, great service! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely very relaxed plenty of choice and staff very friendly and attentive.
Staff were friendly Location was great
Room was tiny Bed was so uncomfortable didn't get hardly any sleep Room was to hot as they had the heating on in the summer so needed to have the bedroom window open as so hot and small, so then people in the next property could see in our room... Also the hotel is far from grand maybe in the 70's but in need of modernisation. Lastly it was very expensive to stay there but you are only paying for the location and breakfast!
Small car park!
