Hotel is on the seafront, very close to attractions such as the pier and seal sanctuary; the town (centre) being compact, the train and bus station are about 10 minutes walk away, and there are many shops in the vicinity.

This place was a lovely hotel, it felt very homely and friendly from the moment we walked in. I only met two members of staff but both were very pleasant, I would definitely come back here again!! Fantastic room and breakfast too!! Nothing to dislike!

The management were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned/fresh towels etc daily. Plenty of choice on the breakfast menu including fruit. The breakfast was also freshly cooked. A good experience in all. As a single traveler I have experienced bad accommodation/had to pay extra and felt like a second class citizen in the past. Not so in this case.

Really warm welcome on a snowy weekend visiting family in Skegness. I was the only one staying but still welcomed. Room was warm and cosy. Breakfast served - so much food - but still ate it and really nicely served. Would recommend the hotel as it is obviously cared for. Great for older visitors and families as such a short walk to all the amenities Skegness has to offer.

Great staff, Great Breakfast, Location Brilliant, Private Balcony was nice. Was offered choice of room on arrival due to off season. Staff welcoming & always say hello. Nice furniture compared to other nearby hotels. Ive stayed at the Savoy & others, Grand Hotel is by far the better choice for a quiet cosy night in. The bar was a bonus & the hotel is located on the main seaside complex. Really could not have asked for more for the price. Tea & coffee provided. Shower was fine. Heating was great & a ceiling fan to cool down in the summer. Recieved key's to doors so its a very private hotel compated to others. Check-in & out was very easy.
