The hotel was near the location of a family get together. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. There was nothing in the hotel that I didn't like. Would stay there again.

My Mother and her friend who stayed at the Hotel liked the feel of the Hotel the friendliness of the staff and as they needed a ground floor room they were upgraded. Other members of our family stayed at the Hotel and they also found that the Hotel was very comfortable with excellent helpful staff. Easy access to Solihull by car. Would recommend this Hotel.

Good location, close to solihull. Good food quality and friendly staff There is no lift in the hotel and there is a maze of stairs and firedoors. Not good if you have difficulty with stairs.

Very friendly waiting and bar staff. Food was good, and 2 courses for £10.20 great value. Close to the NEC Thin walls, the guy next to me was talking to his wife until 12.30 am and I heard every word. I thought breakfast was included in the room rate - it was not, so £69 for the night now looks expensive

Convenient for visiting the NEC. And I like staying Knowle. Speaking as a ventilation specialist, I think the hotel has a ventilation/damp problem. Although it wasn't a problem, the room (no 25) smelt stale and damp. The corridor had a vague toilet smell. And I did notice some small mushrooms (fungi) growing out of a damp patch near the ceiling in one of the corridors. I hope this helps

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our breakfasts were cooked to perfection. The king size bed was so comfortable we almost missed breakfast! We would have no problem recommending this hotel to anybody. I have stopped at hotels all over the uk in my job and this has been possibly the besy.

Big comfortable bed. Cleaner was both pleasant and helpful and the room was spotless. Not our first stay and wont be our last. Bar prices excessive and woken up at 5.50am by loud radio music as our room was above kitchens. Would object to staying in room 10 next visit but will stay there again.
