The staff at the hotel were very pleasant. My room had recently been refurbished and every was very clean and fresh, Lovely toiletaries and fluffy towels. The decor is stylish, the prices offer excellent value and teh breakfast was very good. The prices in teh small bar are very reasonable and it was nice to sit with a night cap before heading up to bed. I would stay again. The duvet on the bed was a summer one and I woke up cold in the night and had to add a blanket to the bed. I mentioned it to the owner and I am confident that the winter weight duvets will now be in place! |

The staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, very friendly, also the cleanliness of the whole of the hotel. Unfortunately there were noisy guests using abusive language, however, once my husband informed the staff it was dealt with, and there was only a further disruption at 1.10 in the morning as I got out of bed to come down to reception my husband shouted and they did shut up, thankfully, however this would not prevent me returning as this was not the fault of the hote. |

Absolutely fantastic receptionist who could not have done more for me.Quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast is only on until 0900 in the week and I was woken by the smell of bacon frying (if that is a bad thing??) |

Clean and newly refurbished. Close access to sea and also the twon centre. Very pleasant staff. Access to internet from bedroom (which you don't advertise on your website - that needs updating) The mattress had springs that made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. There was no top sheet - only the duvet - so I woke up in the night very cold as my feet were uncovered. Such a pity as everything else about your hotel was really good. |

The staff were very helpful. Although I had booked a single room, due to some rearranging, I ended up with a double - at a single room rate! |

This hotel is perhaps the best B&B we have ever stayed in in Plymouth. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, good-sized bedroom, excellent breakfast and ALL of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone going to Plymouth. We have stayed in a lot of the other B&B's and larger hotels in Plymouth and this beats them all. There is limited parking at the hotel but knowing this is the case with the vast majority of hotels and B&B's in Plymouth we arrived fully expecting to have to search for a parking space. Fortunately, there was an empty space right outside the hotel so we had no complaints. |

Great location and friendly, helpful staff combined with a clean well decorated interior helped make the visit to Plymouth most enjoyable. Particularly enjoyed the location so close to the Hoe. |
