I loved everything about the hotel. Each detail has been thought through. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Plymouth.

Without exception all staff were friendly, welcoming & efficient. The room was a double room allowed for single occupancy at a very reasonable price. I was not aware at the time of booking but the hotel was perfectly situated for my visit with everywhere I planned to go very close by.

Hotel could do with a face lift. Notices indicate that the hotel has recently ceased catering on site other than breakfast therefore assume facilities are being cut back drastically. If a hotel can only offer guests breakfast is it still a 'Hotel' ?

Comfortable, well maintained room with plenty of space and tasteful modern decor. Efficient friendly service from all staff and tasty, freshly cooked breakfast. Great location for wandering down to the water and into town. Quiet street so a good night's sleep. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Freshly decorated and spotlessly clean with very friendly and attentive staff. Although on the small side, our superior room had everything we needed. The hotel is located in a lovely street right next to the Hoe. Excellent breakfast.

Few eating option very close by and no nice pubs at all.

Very convenient for the city centre, but still quite quiet. Hotel able to sell you parking ticket for all day on street parking but advised you when it was cheaper to feed the meter than buy their ticket.

Very limited free parking - 6 spaces, the rest is on payable street parking 1000hrs - 1800hrs and could be a bit of a bun fight for a space in peak season.

Very helpful staff when getting booked into hotel, very quick & easy. Made to feel very welcome.

Someone has given a great deal of thought into the service and facilities in this hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever. Spotlessly clean, adjustable heating in room, window that you can open, good storage even in my smallest single room, with a proper desk and comfy bed. Tea making facility, good internet, and several plug sockets for chargers. Receptionist was very helpful. Lots of restaurants easy walking distance. Good vegetarian options at breakfast, all individually cooked. Excellant. Will stay again.
