The room was excellent. Such space and comfort. The noise from the bar later in the evening. Our room was above that area. Thankfully it stopped around 11, but one could still hear the talking.

The Restaurant was excellant-service & food was great.Try the Steak Pie Plenty of Car Parking Staff were friendly & helpful. Single Room first floor - Shower was Tepid at best, which is made worse as there is no heating in the en-suite and i stayed in December Hotel Internet (free) was very poor. Ground Floor Room- Shower was the same in this room and noisy as people above.

Room was on ground floor I was not told there was a Wedding in hotel, noise at night, not able to get room service or even Restaurant service until the Wedding Guests had finished eating 7.30pm!! Very inconvenient, we had been visiting my Brother in hospital, wanted to eat early and go to bed. No Chair in my room - had to sit on the bed, no soap container in the shower (Room 25) had to get liquid from basin in bathroom and carry in my hand (soaking wet) to the shower, back and forth. When I told the reception staff - they didnt seem to care.

Countryside location yet still within easy reach of Grimsby, Immingham and Humberside Airport. Friendly welcome, comfortable room and a fairly extensive restaurant menu. Slow hotel internet, probably because of the rural location, but mobile broadband was fine. Hotel doesn't take Amex...

Convienient for the Immingam area, where I was working at the time. Reasonably priced for what was being offered. The food on offer in the bar was both plentiful and of a good quality. The first room I stayed in was not heated and the towel radiator was missing. The decor was dated. I was offered a second room after complaining which was to a much higher standard.

Not too far off the beaten track, easy to reach & quiet despite being relatively near major roads. The staff were friendly and helpful even though they were very busy. The rooms were tastefully decorated and furnished - all facilities worked as they should. Meals enjoyable and good value for money. Free Wifi was virtually unusable - unable to connect or no internet access. The rooms and whole hotel were way too hot with little or no ventilation - it was an extremely hot weekend.

Stayed only one night in one of the superior rooms to attend a wedding. Room was large with a really comfy bed with lots of pillow/cushions. Bathroom was also a good size but the jacuzzi wasn't very big - not like the one on the website lol. However, the room did require some up-keep which was a shame really as the hotel is very nice i.e. the carpet was well used and due to it being light in colour looked dirty, tiling in the bathroom floor was cracked over 3/4 tiles. We tried opening a tab at the Wedding reception bar but were refused, but told we would be able to open one in the main bar if we said we weren't with the wedding party. The nearest cash machine is in Immingham but as we'd had a couple of glasses of Pims couldn't drive. We bought a round of drinks and then the bar manager rudely caused a scene back in the reception room? Basically previous guests had done the same and not paid their bill, we offered to leave car keys, bank card etc but then told we could have a tab in the original wedding reception bar?? - really not professional and this should be stated when booking.

Stayed at the haborough for a family wedding, the room was clean and tidy. When I booked the hotel back in may I booked for a executive double, complete with jacuzzi bath and a shower, noticed after we checked in that there was no jacuzzi or shower, just a bog standard bath. Enquired about this and they had given our room to another couple and we got the standard double. Got no appology, they was blaming booking.com for the mix up, wouldnt stay again. Very rude staff.

Whenever I am in the local area I always stay at The Habrough. I find the staff very friendly and helpful and all of the different bedrooms I have used there are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also really good as it is quiet. The restaurant is very good as the food is always home cooked and the menu is vast. The only downside of the hotel is that it does not have an elevator but I should take less baggage.
