100% value for money! For the price of the room, the hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was well maintained and decorated and the food served in the restaurant below was excellent. We would defiantly return.

We liked the very comfortable bed..modern décor..free wi..fi..ample on site parking We didn't like being put in a room with a broken tv ...then told they would see to it in the morning!!..after another room was found for us we kinda realised that as advertised on your site as 1 room left.. Was not quite truthful on your part..so £49 for the night was a little too much{£29 next night}..also bad soundproofing and very creaky floors..

That one the first night of check-in no-one was there to let us in even though I had called several times earlier, as my family was travelling from abroad and it was the nightt before my wedding.

The hotel was clean, quiet and excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant was superb - advisable to book at weekends as it was very busy. Easy access to B'ham via the metro for shopping, and conveniently situated for visiting other Black Country tourist attractions. Will definately stay there again and reccomend to others. Could not be faulted for value for money. Room was small and agree with previous review in that there needs to be a shelf in the bathroom and hooks on the doors. Minor points given the amazingly low price.

The price of the accomodation was very good. The prices in the bar was very expensive. £9.90 for 2 x rum and cokes when same drink was less than £5 in West Brommwich town centre.

It was pleasant & refreshing to stay overnight in a hotel that is not part of a chain. We were immediately impressed with the room and it's attention to detail with all it's niceties and comforts including a MASSIVE bed. Very good value and quite easy to access the High Street and bus station by foot. We will certainly be staying again soon. The room, however nice, was a little too small for my liking. I kept feeling as though my head was going to knock the TV every time I walked past around by the bed. Also I was given two keys when I checked in though I wasn't told which was for which although a little common sense made it quite obvious!

The accomadation was very good The staff were nice There was no sign for The Fox and Five Hounds It had been snowing but the car park was not cleared causing a dangeras situation

I used to live local to this area and saw this hotel on line and would recomend this hotel to all my freinds & family the food was exellent the staff could not do enough i had a very enjoyable stay The breakfast was ok i would like to see english breckfast offered

The rooms were as featured on the web site and that was a relief Well appointed and wish we had more time to try the attractive dining room. The only problem was sound proofing which did not prevent the sound of noise of other inconsiderate guests
