Everything on site & to hand, beach just over road. Staff in all areas really friendly & helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Had to leave hotel for mobile phone signal but there are problems all over Cornwall not just Harlyn |

The Location of this pub (with motel type rooms above it) is excellent - almost right on the beach. The fact that we paid the 'discount rate' (would not dream of paying full price after staying here). One of our rooms was directly over the bar - this meant we couldn't sleep until the music stopped (1am I think?). Half the pictures advertising this place are of the 3 bedroom holiday cottages next door, not of the Pub where we stayed. It wasn't very clear where to collect keys, which turned out to be at the bar. Breakfast was late to open (probably staff were also on duty til 1am). |

Very comfortable and clean accommodation at a beautiful location. The choice of food is limited and the hotel does not really cater to vegetarians. |

Our Room was clean and comfortable. The Staff were obliging and the Full English Breakfast was excellent. Ample Car Parking. A very minor point - the Shower fitment needed replacing and this was mentioned. I was told that it would be done. |

nice location, you could walk straight onto the beach. they had a party in the bar the night we stayed which meant we couldnt have a drink when we came back and the bedroom was over the bar so we could here the music. |

Would stay at this hotel again at discount rates, like idea of able to take pets. Friendly helpful staff and good food (although menu limited) Going outside to get to room but can see it has advantages for access. |

The easy comfortable atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. The room was exceptional for the price. Location was ideal for a short break. A bigger selection of menu would have been nice but as it was 'out-of-season' maybe later in the year there will be a larger choice of menu. The food available was good value for money. |

The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel. Laid back, and well thought out - had a great stay. There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Although - imagine it gets quite active in the summer with a fun bar and restaurant downstairs. The bar doesn't stay open too late of course, but would recommend families with kids in need of early quiet night stay in the holiday cottages there. |

Location All the rooms are outside the main building so you have to go outside to access your room - not good if weather bad! |

Beautiful beach location. Excellent breakfast. The room was initially very overheated. TV on the blink (sound going on it), and decor a bit outdated. |
