This delightful, fully licensed boutique hotel is set in a Georgian house and conveniently situated in beautiful gardens half a mile from the centre of Tiverton.
The bar and restaurant serve exceptionally good, freshly cooked food using locally sourced ingredients. There are superior rooms of a 5-star standard, as well as conference and wedding facilities.
Meals are available 7 days a week and there is a large south-facing terrace where all meals, including breakfast, can be taken. There is free Wi-Fi throughout.

The hotel has recently been taken over by Mrs Claire Carter. With her strong team of staff behind her she is updating the hotel to a modern standard, but keeping the fantastic relaxed, country atmosphere.
A brand new bar has been fitted in the hotel in which you can enjoy a variety of lagers or Real Ales in the comfort of the new surroundings. Treat yourself to a bottle of finely chosen wine and sit in the conservatory or the new terrace in the sunshine, enjoying the garden. The highly trained chef, Keith, enjoys creating new dishes on a daily basis, using the finest local produce.
You can enjoy a bar snack or an à la carte meal in the restaurant. A traditional Sunday lunch is served in a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. Food is served 7 days a week from 12:00 to 14:00 and 18:30 to 21:00. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00 Monday to Friday, and from 08:30 to 10:00 Saturday to Sunday. The hotel is open to the public for breakfast.
Superior rooms have recently been refurbished and feature many facilities including a brand new bathroom. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. All rooms are en suite. A separate part of the hotel is called the ‘Cottage’ and has 5 en suite bedrooms.
The Bolham area is very scenic and you can enjoy some fantastic walks. The hotel is very close to Stoodleigh and also Knightshayes Court where you can enjoy walking. The hotel benefits from being close to all easy routes to the major linking roads.

- Exit the M5 at junction 27 and follow the dual carriageway until you reach a roundabout.
- Take the 3rd exit signed posted Bolham.
- The Hartnoll Hotel is 500 yards on the left-hand side.
