the 20 minute wait for someone on reception when we arrived

Clean and quiet. 10 minutes drive to City Centre.

No big signage to lead us to the apartments. Car park at multi storey parking and have to pay GBP7 per day.

Excellent apartment, even better than expected. Fantastic staff, very helpful. Highly recommended.

No TV in master bedroom

The 2-bedroom appartment was very clean and well equipped for a short stay and in a good location for the Lowry centre. The beds were comfortable and there were two bathrooms - so one each! The staff were friendly and helpful and there is an excellent supermarket close by.

Given the apartment can accommodate three people and has a washing machine, dishwasher etc there is very little wardrobe and drawer space. What there is is in the single room with none in the double room. Also, only two dining chairs.

we were disturbed by very rowdy guests - management, security guards and the police were called before they were evicted. Frightening experience - and little sleep

The modern facilities and layout

The matrass seemed a little cheap. TV should be wall mounted The view wasn't the best, I wish I would have asked for a view of the Manchester ship canal.

The funiture was budget and is starting to show its age, needs upgrading to the same standard as the fit out.

I thought I had booked a two bed roomed appartments with two double beds . I did not realise that there were extra towels . There was not enough wardrobe space ,no wardrobe at all in the main room I did not realise that the fridge was off on arrival which meant the food I bought was not cold.

The Heart Apartments are in a great location on the outskirts of Manchester yet only a short tram or taxi trip into the city centre. Have previously stayed in the city centre and much preferred Media City UK. Very handy for the Imperial War Museum, great shops in the Lowry centre. The Apartments are really lovely, very clean modern interior and we had a great view over the canal. Concierge staff are outstanding and can't do enough to help.

Nice apartment with a great location. Spaciuos rooms and bathrooms.

Reception was away for almost 15 minutes when we first arrived to check in. We were tired and with two little children who do not have any patience. I called the numbers provided on my booking confirmation but no one answered. I was also surprised to notice that booking .com help line numbers are chargable. Tv was not working properly, so after trying to do fine tune it myself for 10 minutes, I called reception. The guy came up and fixed it in half an hour, but my impression was that this problem was very common and could have been fixed prior to our check in.

Everything was excellent apart from the high cost of parking.

Was charged a deposit for smoking when nobody had been smoking. Was not informed about being charged was just taken from account. The room was not so clean. Had to leave the apartment due to extremely load music coming from other rooms at early hours. Staff not so helpful when contacting over deposit, Was told I would be contacted back and have had no reply. Do not stay at this apartment, they just want your money. I am having to pay my solicitor to take further action.

nobody on reception to validate car parking ticket on morning of check out. However, probably our fault as we could have had it validated during check in. Perhaps that should be made clear to visitors.

Good location and well spec'd apartment

I really enjoyed staying at The Hearts apartments, they were very neat and clean. The room was a perfect size and the bathroom was really nice too.

The price is a little too high just for one night, less expensive than a hotel BECAUSE of the parking which is only viable.. Having to pay each time you enter and exit the multistorey carpark.. At £25 for 24h.. Next time I'd probably stay in a hotel where the parking is free for a less price overall because of parking..

we where attending a show at the Lyric theatre so the location of the apartment were litterally on the doorstep.

Really near old Trafford, nice alternative to a hotel

Walls are paper thin.

The place is inmaculate and quiet ive stayed twice whilst attending nights out in the city and the tram stop is near by which makes it a bit easier on ya wallet
