The Highfield hotel is a great place it is near the sea front and the tram stops are just a throw away.the people that own it are very friendly and and are very welcoming the rooms are up to great standards and very cosy
I likes the room very welcoming n comfy, the young man was lovely the view was good too,the breakfast was nice my kids enjoyed it :)
I didn't like the fact when it was breakfast time I felt uncomfy the husband was nice but stood staring so I felt I couldn't eat which did put me off my breakfast, and the same the following morning it paid good money to eat there should have been comfy when eating, the wife also was nice but I felt she was fed up n had enough off her job she was having a rant bless her while again I was trying to eat I did listen to her but again it would have been nice to eat in peace, that's the only bad thing about my stay
i have been off work for six week due to an illness after a short spell in hospital my partner and i needed a short break.the highfield hotel went out of there way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible thank you the staff at the highfields
Very good, everything was spot on. Lovely owners (Mam Dad and Son). For a family of 6 (kids aged 14, 13, 8 and 19months) this accommodation was perfect, from our room to the service and cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing.
wonderful people made us very welcome .good breakfast .will stay again .

we stayed at the highfeild for a short break the staff where very helpful, friendly and very welcoming the hotel was very clean the food was really nice the room we stayed in was very spacious for a double. All in all everything we was looking for for our little break. Would recommend to anyone.
To be honest there wasn't really anything to not like
There was not a lot to dislike, the hotel and staff were 1st class, very friendly, and the whole place was very clean, and all were very helpfull and tended to any little tendencies we had with a smile. We would definately stay there again without question.
We found nothing to dislike
They don't know how to deal with guests.they don't like families with young children.there main door was stuck,no parking facility, unfriendly behaviour, threaten our children,I definitely not recommend anyone this hotel especially with young children,we spent some hours there like hostages ..... And then we change the hotel . They only ruined our trip, just negative atmosphere .
Staff Very nice. Great breakfast.

Lovely friendly welcome, tea and coffee offered on arrival, very nice family run hotel in a quiet location, yet close to tram stop and promenade, nothing too much trouble from the hosts, breakfast, plenty of choice and good quality produce, we will certainly return here and recommend to friends.
Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent value evening meal and two minutes walk from tram and bus.
I have stayed at the Highfield on my last 3 visits to Blackpool. It is located very close to bus and tram stops, very convenient. Rooms are good, the property is quiet. Breakfast is freshly cooked and excellent. On my most recent visit, I injured myself. The owner and her son were very helpful.
