Score from 101 reviews Good
The room with its stunning views. The breakfast was excellent.
Nothing. The only reason I gave the kitchen facilities"good"rather than "excellent" was because there was only a microwave, kettle and 'fridge and no kitchen sink. However, the facilities provided are excellent for B&B.
We loved Jane and Peter's warm hospitality, our spacious ground floor room with windows on 3 sides looking onto a beautiful garden with meadows, trees and hills beyond. The quietness of the location was extremely restful. Very good Indian restaurant in next small town.
There was nothing to dislike. We did wonder whether it would have been a little more disturbing to have people staying above us in the double roomed apartment. We had the converted stable to ourselves.
We only booked one night at this delightful place, as we were passing through, we really wished it was longer. We will definitely be booking for longer when we return to this beautiful area. Wonderful breakfast, very impressed with the delicious fresh fruit.
We were made to feel very welcome and our hostess was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. This is a lovely, private location, which is very quiet and has the added advantage of being separate from the main farmhouse. Our accommodation was spacious and the double bed is large and comfortable.
Jane & Peter really made us welcome. The cottages & surrounds are beautiful. We stayed in The Fuggles and couldn't have asked for more. After the great breakfast we didn't need any lunch. Judy & Ken Australia
Everything was excellent, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, one with nature, away from the hassle and bustle of daily life
Nothing at all
The breakfast was fantastic and the room was clean and very cozy. Great spot for keen walkers or just a short drive to nearby heritage sites and lovely towns and shops.
We really enjoyed every part of our stay.
Excellent studio suite, peace and quiet, very good breakfast.
Right out in the country so nowhere to go for an after dinner stroll.
Location was perfect; the views spectacular. Suite was comfortable and beautifully designed with lots of character and some beautiful antique pieces and lovely touches. Breakfast was superb and Jane extremely welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend this lovely place.
There was no shower...our room was in the rafters of a converted barn so I can understand the reasons why and I did enjoy my bath but a shower attachment would be useful for hair washing purposes.
Comfortable, clean & quiet in idyllic location. Good breakfast.
EVERYTHING!! Great accommodation, lovely friendly owner, location.
Everything, couldn't be faulted. Will definitely return.
Location...a view to die for. Well apointed accommodation; excellent breakfast (authentic materials!); kindly host (thanks for saving me from a drenching!) A visit to the Duke of York is highly recommended for a unique experience.
Nothing. Would have liked a shower but the bath and jug served purpose.
All very nice. would do it again.
warm welcome, tranquil surroundings, good breakfast.
We loved everything and would highly recommend it . Jane and Peter are super and genially caring.
First Class clean accomodation, excellent breakfast, quiet peaceful location with uninterupted panoramic views over open countryside, just listen to the birds. Recommended
Nothing of note
Jane and Peter are outstanding hosts. The rooms and breakfast room are professionally decorated. Landscape is beautiful as are the views. We expect to return in the future. Nearby Tenbury is a charming old market town with good restaurants. Ed and Lois
There is nothing to dislike.
The landlady was superb!
What a lovely, lovely place this is! Jane made us feel very welcome from the very beginning. We stayed in the Tallet; a beautiful loft with 3 rooms, wooden beams, high ceilings, and a window seat where you can see views that go on for miles. So peaceful yet just a couple of minutes from bustling market towns of Ludlow, Leominster and Tenbury Wells. So quiet at night we could hear barn owls in the distance. Breakfast was amazing; plenty of it, and cooked to perfection setting us up for the day ahead. We'll be back.
Very welcoming even though I was running a little late. Lovely country location, quiet, very clean and comfortable
