Being received like a friend.
That booking.com did not transmit my messages for late arrival. (Which was generously compensated by the patience of the host.)
Comfort, service flexibility
Friendly welcome Well equipped room Excellent breakfast
Bed and pillows were a bit dated, and needed replacing Bathroom could have been cleaned better (mirrors)
Set back from the road with lovely garden. Tray of fresh tea and biscuits when I arrived. Lovely double room. Breakfast fresh and inviting. Staff very friendly and accomodating
Room was lovely and warm but then got to warm in bed. No sheet just a duvet so could not cool down. Mattress very soft leading to a poor nights sleep. Note -the new owners are in the process of upgrading the beds, bed linen and facilities.
There were lots of little nice touches eg. good toiletries, a shower gown, sweets in the lounge, newspapers and mags etc, which you normally don't expect in a guest house
Property was in the middle of renovation, and will be even better when finished, but heating still in process of sorting out. Didn't really mar the stay though.
The friendliness of the owners. Breakfast.
A welcoming reception with a pot of tea and biscuits supplied in a comfortable lounge area. Also on the table was a national newspaper for that day. The guest house is clean and comfortable with friendly hosts and staff. A very good breakfast was supplied with plenty of choice and the view into their garden set the scene perfectly.
Ann & Kamel The greeting on arrival The great breakfast Parking
Helpful down -to- earth landlady. Not overbearing. Nothing too much trouble
Comfort of room and hospitality of hosts. Breakfast was spot on. Well done Hinton

EVERYTHING! This B&B was excellent in every aspect. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about!
Lovely room, great attention to detail. Warm welcome.
Rosa and John were excellent and welcoming hosts. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Breakfasts were delicious with good choice of menu.It certainly was great value for money.
We stayed here in August for the Rewind weekend at Capesthorne Hall. We only stayed for one night but the welcome was warm, the room was clean and comfy and the breakfast was delicious. We're trying to find reasons to return now! Brilliant
Great welcome when we arrived fairly late in the evening. Our very spacious double room was well equipped and had an extremely large bed. It was as clean as we could have hoped for, as were the breakfast room and lounge. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, with an exceptional choice of fruit as well as a wide choice of cooked items. There was ample easy parking on site.
We have never experienced a welcome like it. It was so warm and friendly. We were taken our room, invited to unpack and asked if we wished for a cup of tea In the lounge. It came on a tray with milk, sugar, hot water and a plate of delicious biscuits, breakfast was also perfectly laid out and the eggs & bacon were cooked to perfection. We will definitely be going back.
As hard as I try I cannot think of a single thing I would change or grumble about .
Everything! Couldn't be bettered.
nothing to dislike.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was first class and the attention to detail makes this bed and breakfast stand out. The location is perfect off the motorway as we wanted to visit Tatton Park. Our room was very comfy and had everything we needed. If we are ever in this part of the country again we would love to stay here once more!
At breakfast, the Landlady could not be more helpful, making sure you were happy and had the food to your liking. In the rooms everything you would expect from a hotel was provided- from white dressing gowns to soaps in the bathroom. The bed was made and the water and coffee replenished each day.
Quiet location but close to amenities
Our stay was fantastic can't fault it in anyway. It helped that it was a family friendly place and that John and Rosa was willing to help any way they could. The breakfast was brilliant large choice to set you up for the day. The family room we stayed in was excellent lots of room for the kids to play in.
Choice of fruit at breakfast
