The bed wasn’t too bad but I’ve never had a shower in my actual bedroom and a walk down corridor for toilet. The take away breakfast was a ham and mustard sandwich, I had a really upset stomach later in day, I don’t think meat was fresh, but I also had a meal from the local chip shop which I could only eat half of as it was awful, it just wasn’t my weekend 🤣

To be honest, for what we wanted to do the location was ideal. Our activity was pre-planned and not all local to Holsworthy. I can state that there were some very good walks with good views close to the town.

Holsworthy is a small town with a few shops and pubs etc, it's an area near to Bude 11 miles away and Bideford not sure about 30 mins away which has a larger town, plenty of places to explore whilst your visiting, pretty part of the county to explore.

Nice town with good facilities, shame the Waitrose is where the railway station used to be as public transport is non-existent! Just be sure to check the weather forecast - I didn't really know the meaning of the expression "raining stair-rods" until I arrived in North Devon!
Beautiful location and very peaceful. Really nice to wake up and see the pigs nearby, feeding them was lovely! Very kind gentlemen who welcomed us and owner communicated well with us. I also did a special request of birthday banners which were up when I arrived. Pod was clean, tidy, welcoming and lots of useful information in welcome pack. WiFi good, location good (20 mins to nearest supermarket and town) and great for a couples holiday! Hot tub was beautiful and easy to use!
Very clean Rooms & staff are very friendly. Everything was provided. In town center, so not far from local shops. Although it's a pub, it's really quiet in the rooms. There is not car park (considering the location), there is one right opposite called Holsworthy Manor. It costs 3.50£ a day which is not bad at all. Also, free parking from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Amazing, amazing, amazing. Marcia and Andrew have a beautiful home. Nice, clean and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter. I was well looked after and Marcia made sure I had everything i needed. I will definitely be booking again when I am near Holsworthy again. Cannot recommend this stay enough.
P.S. the views from the bedroom are amazing.
Can't recommend this beautiful B & B highly enough. The owners are just the loveliest people, so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, so comfortable and all the facilities you could require. Amazing breakfast with quality food. Peaceful location just minutes from Holsworthy. Will defintely stay here again.
An excellently run property where we had a great time. Very good tips about the area from the hosts, a hearty breakfast everyday, and a fantastic peaceful location in the middle of unspoilt English countryside. Top marks to Leworthy B&B…thanks for a lovely few days.
Peaceful location.
Comfortable and quiet rooms, lovely garden with lake, excellent breakfast. Use of large living room and fridge. Packed lunches and evening snacks available
Close to Holsworthy and less than 1/2 hour to the coast
The hotel is centrally located close to the market square. Food in the hotel was good and the steaks are excellent. We cycled in and the hotel was very helpful in storing our bikes overnight. Staff were very helpful.
Fabulous location. Very peaceful and beautiful elegant house. Good size and very comfortable bedrooms. Food is amazing. We had all our evening meals at the hotel and it was first class. Totally recommended
Friendly staff.
No provision for breakfast but the staff member recommended the best cafe locally. (Hotel newly furbished and chef not yet employed).
Everything so clean and perfect.
Rosemary was a great host, so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fab! The room was very clean and comfortable and the living space was so spacious and a nice relaxing area.
The breakfast options were very good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The manager (Keith) even gave us a lift into Holsworthy as we were not able to get a taxi.
It was a lovely old cottage, with loads of character and charm. Everything needed was there. Good value for money, much better than staying in a large hotel.
