This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and a good breakfast.

it was really close to Dayton manor's Thomas world. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good quality. The facilities were fab and the whole place was spotlessly clean. 5*guest house in my opinion.

The staffs friendliness and especially Nicole :)...The Hollies provided everything and then some for myself and my partner-it was a special birthday and the Hollies delivered everything in style for us....'Excellent' full English provided the next morning-'thanks chef'..

Excellent hospitality from the staff, and a pleasant place to stay.

Friendly welcome when arrived. Given a cup of Tea which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. My two children also given refreshments, chocolates and games. Didn't know the area and owner pointed us in the right direction of nice place to eat for the evening meal. Asked when we would like breakfast and it was delicious and cooked as to my request of no oil. An absolute lovely place to stay and would like to stay again in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay from when we arrived untill we left. They were very helpfull and friendly people and nothing was too much trouble to make our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely and you had plenty of choice for all. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. We shall certainly stay again if in the area. Many thanks.

We could not fault anything.

Stayed here for 2 nights. When we arrived our room was not quite ready and the owner was very apologetic and made us a lovely cup of coffee and chatted away with us and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and had a good supply of tea and coffee. The young man in the kitchen cooked a very good breakfast and was also very polite and friendly. All in all this was a very nice place to stay as they made you feel so welcome, we will definitely stay there again. There are also very good amenities near by including a Cantonese restaurant where we had a lovely meal.

Parking a little awkward but not impossible.

The owner was so friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay.

Excellent staff-very friendly,nothing too much if asked for....Advert said Continental Breakfast-Bonus however!-you got a full English in the price :) ...I would gladly stay here again and so I can honestly say its an 8.9 out of 10

No access to rear car parking area from back door entrance (have to walk out of front door and walk round a corner back into rear drive to your vehicle-200+ yards)....However, the very friendly staff did say that the owner is looking into this in the very near future

Advertised as in town or city not so bit of a trek into tamworth also breakfast included it stated but not cooked only cereals unless you paid extra 3.95 breakfast was nice but feel it could of been bigger for cost

The bed was a little too soft for me and the main road outside was quite noisy during the day, but quiet enough at night.

Nicole was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and we would recommend it. We received a quiet room which we requested. Also good location for our weekend NEC visit. We will definitely use this guest house again when visiting the NEC.

the welcoming was excellent, the rooms and dining area are spotlessly clean, breakfast was on par with much more expensive hotels and we could recommend this hotel to anyone.
