It was really clean. Everything new, great views, comfortable beds

Would have helped to have instructions on how to get there. Bit weird arriving at an empty place, back door unlocked, hand written note on the floor. Alarm beeping noisily. Outside needs decorating. Gives impression of being deserted.

No one else there! No one to check in left alone in isolated house. Taxi man/neighbours said it was only used for stag parties. Filthy carpets very smelly no sese of it being a hotel. Would not trust with card details we stayed one night with slugs climbing the wall and he took three times as much moneyfrom our account. Dirty rip off...no that certainly was not a hotel. Plus electrics were sparking from plugs two windows were broken and kitchen door propped shut by planks of wood. Dangerous and dirty family stay. The vomit stained carpets were horrific.bedroom window broken so could not open. Unless you are looking for your worst holiday experience ever steer clear of this!!!

    The location

Nostaff there. No tvs worked. There were spider webs. Advertised incorrectly, should be advertised as a self catering hostel. The property itself is falling into disrepair.

    Beautiful views. Good location.

Information could be more specific, for example the fact that lounges and kitchen is shared.

The hotel was closed and derelict and unfit for purpose, I feel a refund is in order.

The accommodation was a poor standard, the beds where uncomfortable, there was no signage, access was very steep, the steps into the building where slippery, there was no lighting outside, the builidng was cold, the taps in the bathroom did not work properly...I could go on.
