Spacious room with table and chairs. Fabulous view from the dining room. Ideal location handy for all amenities.
The fish and chips and lack of vanilla ice cream.
My request for a disabled toilet was once again totally ignored. I blame booking .com and the hotel. Booking are the agents responsible and once again failed. I will not use them again.
location good, bed comfortable and clean
shower was very poor. hardly any water from it.I understand this applies to all bedrooms on the 4th floor. I ordered 2 items off the breakfast menu but neither was available.(scrambled eggs and smoked salmon and ham and eggs). I think they were running out of food as the full English was very small. Egg was congealed, No fruit of the day. The lift is very small and a queue formed very quickly. The hotel in general looks very tired and needs painting.
Being woken early by builders working on terrace outside our room. Bar closes at 11 for residents. Food.
THE VIEW WAS EXCELLENT AND ROOM CLEAN AND TIDY. WE HAD A FAMILY ROOM AND IT WAS LARGE, AIRY AND CLEAN
SOME OF THE STAFF AT BREAKFAST WERE MISERABLE
Very welcoming, fantastic location. Good room. Views great. Central position, easy walking to everywhere.
Hotel parking limited but plenty locally in multi-storey.No problem, only a short walk.
The location was great and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a lovely relaxing break.
The lunchtime bar food was poor and the breakfast was just adequate. I recommend booking online or through the holiday company Shearings who own the hotel.
Staff were really friendly and helpfull was a very nice room and located on the beachfront , couldn't ask for a better location.
I liked everything , price was a lil steep for a B and B but it was more like a hotel so overall a great place to stay
everything, the location, breakfasts, room facilities, cost, tenby as a holiday venue, staff at hotel, there was nothing at all to maake a negative comment on.
Location was beautiful and view from room was glorious but was treated very rudely and quite unacceptable by a dreadful bar staff when we returned after a meal out, and asked for drink at bar. It was only 22:40 !!! He told me he had shut the bar and cashed up. When I said we were told bar shut at 23:00 he proceeded to slam things around tutting and glaring at me !!! When I explained to the duty manager the next morning he was very apologetic and would look into it and get back to me. He never did Also the floor in the breakfast room under table was covered in crumbs ( we were first in there !!!) The same crumbs we're there next day Again staff not at all friendly no smiles and tuts when I asked for ketchup !!!!! wont be returning
A very well equip hotel with outstanding staff and customer service. First rate everything! The food is very nice indeed! The view from the terrace is beautiful!
View , wife, service, virtually sitting on the beach from my window. Peace , relaxation. Manager Simon was so helpful .
Location - view and walking distance of Tenby centre
noisy seagulls outside bedroom window porridge made with sugar poor mobile signal
The staff were generally good although one waiter at breakfast wasn't on task. The location was very good with great views of the coast. The room and (especially) beds were very comfortable.
The washing facilities weren't good. The plug in the hand basin didn't fit properly and the shower lacked pressure.
The view from room 10 overlooked the sea. It was beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and the staff were friendly.
No wi-fi in rooms, decor run down. Could not open windows in bedroom, painted shut and rusty. No parking available even though website said they had parking. Whilst breakfast was reasonable the service was cold and lacking communication.
Every thing facilities friendly atmosphere location
Shame about the parking, even told you could not book a space when requested in advance
the location was excellent
I did not realise the imperial was part of the Shearing company when I booked online. felt rather out of place as most guests were older than me and in couples. compared to some guests that I spoke to my charge was high £99per night and I did not have a seaview room. Do feel that I was penalised as a single person.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent, easy access to the town and beach and the views were stunning. Especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace.
I felt the hotel was a bit tired and would benefit from a little TLC.
Good views nice big rooms lots of room
Breakfast to small and always cold toast
Restaurant over looking sea
Wish we had room with sea view
Was a very nice Hotel, Staff were friendly, Views from the bar and restaurant were very nice. Room wasn't massive but had everything i needed.
Not much really. No car park but i found street parking around the corner. Also my room lacked a good view but it wasnt terrible.
Got upgraded to a large room with two windows looking out over Caldey and St Catherine's Islands . A VIEW OR WHAT!
I excused the odd cobweb and dusty stairways because of the lovely room
