The cold breakfast/continental offering could be enhanced.
Cleanliness and friendly staff. Superb breakfast
Fan timer in the bathroom runs on to long
The food was very good
Large double bed was two singles pushed together not very comfy. Room was also too hot
Staff Breakfast Size of Room
Although room was terrific, lighting was very dull and could not read paper, television remote control etc.
Easy parking. Friendly staff. Nothing a bother to ladies at reception. Breakfast lovely and freshly cooked. Would definately return. Very clean and comfy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. Food - bar meal at night and breakfast in the morning - were both excellent.
The condition of the shower tray in the bathroom was the only thing that we were not happy with. there were a lot of marks on it.
This is a lovely hotel, clean fresh and very friendly, the staff couldn't do enough for you,as it was near Xmas the reasturant was extremely busy but not a thing was any trouble, the food was excellent and bar staff were the same, the only fault if you can call it that was the bed, again spotless but a little on the hard side.
The only thing was the bed was on the hard side, but that won't stop us returning.
It is hard to find anything wrong with this hotel, no cant find it
Stayed in king suite. Was perfect. Stunning room and spa bath. Restaurant was delicious. Happy days :)
Nothing was all great!
Staff were great and eager to assist with our enquiries. Food was fantastic, especially the Steak and Haggis dish!, will be back.
The staff are so friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which is very popular and we could see why, food absolutely delicious. We would always stay here when visiting family in Ayr.
Great service. Fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately couldn't eat it. Was ill with hangover. But husband assured me it was the best ever.
Service was great. Ladies were very helpful.
Very cosy and comfortable. Staff first class and food excellent.
turned in early second night as had to drive home next morning only to find we couldn't sleep for noise from function room.
Very friendly staff. Excellent food - would highly recommend this hotel.
Wi-fi signal was poor.
location, breakfast, friendly staff, parking, facillities good,
BED & BREAKFAST STAY A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. ROOM A BIT DARK MORE LIGHTING REQ.
Decor was very nice. Bed large and comfy. Helpful friendly staff. Would strongly recommend this hotel .
Nothing comes to mind
There was nothing to dislike......Staff , rooms , restaurant , bar...........all were excellent.
Not enough attention paid at reception. The young guy didn't greet us when we arrived and seemed preoccupied and it took too long to checkin then the card machine didn't work.. The breakfast had too much attention paid to decoration and style.
EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL
Great parking, great food selection, lovely staff.
Bed not too comfy.
The price and in particular the quality of the room
Only a minor point but no staff a the reception. ..I had to go searching on checking in and out.
Lovely big room, fabulous food, very clean. Excellent staff. Very central for the town. Very good value for money, we stayed on a half board basis with a special rate.
Room was noisy, at the front next to a busy road. Double glazing did not seem to cut out this noise efficiently. However, it was our choice to get a room at the front, because the last time we were there we were next to extractor fan for the kitchen.
We had a wonderful stay the room was gorgeous, the facilities were exceptional and we dined in one evening one of the nicest meals and wines both myself and husband had tasted for a long time. The staff we're warm and welcoming and housekeeping exceptional too.
Bathroom was very dim with lighting husband struggled when shaving and I couldn't see clearly to put contact lenses in.
The staff were very accommodating, helpful with organising me a taxi and the food was amazing!...and obviously the selection of whiskey!
Bed was a bit too hard for my liking, and walls a bit thin so sleep that evening wasn't the deepest, but room was clean, well stocked and lovely decor.
