The Jersey Farm Country Hotel  

Hotel was excellent. Rooms spacious and decor different but really nice and modern. Food was excellent both dinner and breakfast. Staff could not do enough for you

It was ideally situated for our visit to family nearby, but picked at random from an iternet search of the area. We were more than pleased with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were comfortable and modern and very relaxing. The design of the hotel and rooms/ facilities was excellent. There was everything we needed. Waking uo with the sunshine coming in over the fields and hills outside our window was brilliant. We will certainly be coming back and will tell all our friends about it too. We have already started telling them.

Only minor things, eg. There was no toilet lid over the seat, the room was a little too hot, but better than being cold.( I think we were over the dining room/ kitchen area which may have explained the heat).

It was convenient for our purpose. Lovely atmosphere friendly staff great breakfast.

The evening meal choice wasn't great for such a well designed hotel the evening meal wasn't the best.

Great friendly staff! Food was very good and carvery and dessert bar well priced.

WiFi was only available in the bar which was very annoying. It was not much of a Farm or in the countryside from a country girls opinion. A city dweller would probably think it was. From the advertising I expected it to be a smaller more quaint place with individuality but it was just a normal hotel.

Nice room with french windows.Food was good and service good.We enjoyed our nights stay.

Comfortable room and spacious. Enjoyed our evening meal and would recommend the roast salmon.

The piped music in the bars and reception we found rather monotonous and intrusive. Were told this is selected by a computer and suposed to be relaxing but we'd rather it was switched off!!

Staff food and surroundings excellent

the staf werevery helpful and pleasant. therooms were clean and everything you needed. Fanastic views

Eventhough the rooms are very clean, they are small and the decor and fittings areof a cheap quality.The breakfast although in the room brochure was advertised as served atyour table, was a buffet even down to your toast. So most of the food tasted fresh the sausages and bacon were very dry and pretty much inedible. Coffee one small pot between 2 and no offers of a refill and the staff not about to ask for a refill. So on reflection rather expensive for what you got.

The general layout of the hotel was good and user friendly. The staff were personable and very welcoming taking the time to talk and advise of features and things to do. Very good experience.

Too short a stay!

The food was excellent especially the breakfast which was tasty and plentiful! Staff were friendly and allowed us the space to enjoy our stay.

The only tiny criticism was the temperature of both the room and the water which were both red hot but as it was freezing outside we could overlook this.
