The room was on the ground floor
Room under the ground
Receptionist always seems to be on her mobile phone on work time Heating/ air conditioning not controlled by controls in room
I have stayed here on a number of occasions. The staff are polite, efficient and the hotel is spotless and quiet.
Only the stairs, but the third floor is the quietest. Only problem is parking and is some way from Kkngs Cross, but that is offset by the fact that it is quiet. Key roads bnlocked off by roadworks and diversions, which made access tortuous and difficult. Also mad cyclists commiting Hari Cali unpredictable around Kings Cross. They are a menace.
Great location for us. Everything in the hotel was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
nice location ,easy walk from station, just off the beaten track no loud noise at night.good breakfast
The room was silent, warm, comfortable and clean. New bathroom. Change of towels everyday.
Breakfast stops at 9 with a limited choice of food. We were at the third floor, no lift and last part of staircase is narrow.
The matrass in room 303 was reaally worn out. The breakfast room was overcrowded between 8am & 9am, and one day no beans after 8am.
Easy access to rail station
Great price including good breakfast. Convenient. Comfortable and very clean.
The room was clean and tidy
The room was small and there wasn't a dressing table.
Well located for the station/eurostar and very reasonably priced.
A little noisy at times.
location, staff and room all fine
the breakfast finishes at 9.00 - even on a Saturday - and is very noisy. Sounded a bit like someone throwing cutlery and crockery from one of the room to the other.
Location is near from Kings cross St. Pancras, the staffs were all friendly, the single room was a little bit small, but it was clean.
At first, I didn't know how to use it, and it was cold water. But gradually it get warm.
The hotel location, not too noisy
The steep stairs to level 3
Brand new ensuite. cooked breakfast
Room tired, staircarpet threadbare.
That they had a room that my 3 elder daughters and myself (mum)could be together in one room, only 3 stories high, beautiful house ,breakfast was outstanding .
Location, price, state of bedroom, shower.
Staff not engaging/proactive at times.
The morning breakfast was excellent
A cosy room with a fantastic shower, a peaceful area too... Very convenient with good transport links and shops nearby.
A little expensive but great if you need to be in this area.
Good breakfast, clean. Well presented with good location
Some noise can be heard from other rooms. Beds not the most comfortable. Breakfast didn't "wow!" Shower was weak.
Location for access to King cross as I was travelling from Hull then onto Heathrow.
Bedroom was cramped but I was only staying one night and arrived at 2130 hrs and left at 0800 hrs.
Location Cleanliness Value for Money Wifi
