Friendly welcome,clean comfortable room,within easy walking distance of skegness attractions.

Television in room at an awkward angle for two people to see,unless both sat on same bed (twin room).People in next room,letting door slam,when going in/out. Could have done with a little more tea/coffee/milk supplied.

Great location - friendly proprietors - fabulous breakfast - good lounge and bar area - spotlessly clean -p very comfortable en suite rooms cant fault it this was my 2nd stay

It was in a very convenient and accessible area. It was easy to park there. It was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

I thought the en-suite was very small.

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location but near to all attractions. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent breakfast.Toilet/shower room a bit on the small size but more than adequate for our needs.

Nice and clean!! No mildew in the bathroom, clean bedding and towels. Friendly staff.

The quality of the food could be better. There's so much local produce available in Lincolnshire so it was a shame to be served bulk-bought sausages at breakfast. It was perfectly edible though and I wouldn't object to staying/eating there again.

we had a wonderful easter weekend 4 day break at karema, room spotlessly clean, nice tv and fabulous traditional english breakfast to set you up for the day ahead , nice little bar for a drink in the evening .

A very warm welcome, always at hand to answer any questions and recommended lovely places to eat. Room lovely and clean, very comfortable for a night or so. Would definitely visit again. Will recommend to my family and friends. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of it too.

The fact that this b & b is absolutely immaculate and the owner was very accommodating to our early start, requiring breakfast before the normal time.Great location. We will be staying there again!! And would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Skegness.

The owner's was very kind and friendly,and the hotel it self was very clean and tidy plus well laid out as regards the dining room and bar.

the one thing i found to be a small problem and that is when you go to let yourself back in to hotel, if some one has pulled the door handle up from inside the hotel you cant use your key to get back in so have to ring bell for help to do this.
