Score from 165 reviews Very good

Score from 265 reviews Very good
it felt luxurious, lovely mood lighting in the halls
no bar but my mistake for not checking
No parking and poor communication. Noise very early in the morning
Easy directions, on site parking, fantastic welcome, great choice for breakfast, amazing wifi, quality biscuits and drink selection in my room, overall just one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I stay in a lot with my job)
I'm sure it was an oversight because there was everything at this hotel apart from shower gel & shampoo ( which gave me chance to use the hoard I had stored in my wash bag haha)
could adjust heating high quality fixtures and fittings
noisy on road elevation en suite was smelly decore starting to look tired
Central location with safe private parking. Superbly spacious and comfortable rooms. helpful and pleasant staff. More than good enough to return to
Wifi not brilliant but they are dealing with it
Location excellent as very close to town. The type of accommodation was an upmarket b&b, beautifully appointed, great breakfast area with help yourself continental or order cooked breaakfast. A Sleeo Boutique describes it perfectly. Restaurant recommendation superb, Mulberrys. Would I stay again? Most definitely.
On a busy road. A bit noisy from pub opposite on Friday night.
We have ben before and decided to take our Canadian friends, it was just as good, Sasha the staff was extremely helpful realling looked after us.
Size of the room Continental breakfast
Plastic restaurant chairs were not very comfortable
Everything, I could not fault it.
The fact that I might not be that again way soon.
We stayed in the luxury tower suite and it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the large bath was great. We had the continental breakfast and was spoilt for choice
Nothing to complain about
The room was very spacious with a comfortable chair and a decent desk/ workspace which was ideal for me. Quiet location. Bathroom was lovely. Spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast was the most comprehensive offering I have ever seen during my years of travel. It was lovely to have a residents kitchen with microwave, cutlery etc which saved going out in the dark for a meal. The whole place just seems very well thought out.
We stayed in the tower suite for one evening. Decorated to a very high standard. Amazing bath and layout on two levels. We paid extra for a cooked breakfast - very nicely cooked. Would definitely revisit and recommend.
Traffic can be a little noisy if bedroom windows open late at night.
Central location. Comfortable bed, spacious room, great shower. Useful kitchenette, crockery and cutlery available for guests so you can microwave a light meal. Plenty of plug sockets in rooms. I get the feeling the Keep was designed by someone who had plenty of experience of staying away from home and used this to design practical and stylish guest rooms.
Ground floor front rooms can be noisy as they face a busy street. Cooked breakfast is good value but not quite the quality I would expect here based on the other facilities.
Good sized room with sofa, and large bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Good continental breakfast.
Not too keen on Yeovil. Area to collect breakfast is rather cramped.
Very good breakfast considering it was badged as "continental". A good choice of fruit, yogs , bread , pastries etc. The staff were very helpful.
Cleanliness , location, friendly staff, lovely room and very good bed. Really really good, thank you.
Breakfast, not very exciting....maybe it's just me who is a glutton for a bacon and eggs! However well laid out buffet and easy if you are in a hurry.
Central location, quiet, spacious room, sparkling clean and comfortable. We will certainly recommend it to friends and colleagues.
Intercom access, nobody about but this was soon remedied with warm welcome so only a minor blip. Breakfast was a bit haphazard but blame Monday mornings!
We booked four rooms and they were all beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Sash and other staff we met were all lovely and very helpful. We will definitely come back to stay.
There was nothing to dislike but if I had to say something - I would have liked more bubble bath for the huge luxury bath!
great facility friendly staff
Room decor and beds were fine.
Wrong information given to us re where to eat on a Sunday evening: we ended up at Burger King. They didn't know why the hotel is called The Keep. Couldn't tell us what route to take to leave town.
Very welcoming and helpful staff.
The TV reception was very poor.
Rooms new and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Noisy room from pub opposite if window open. Breakfast room a little small and uncomfortable seating
Small car park
Modern looking bedroom Good breakfast Nice showeroom Fast response to a problem
Parking was a bit limited
