10 minutes walk from railway station. Bright, airy, modern & well equipped. Round the corner are a plethora of shops and restaurants. And although it's city centre, it's very quiet. Wi-fi was great - fast. Make sure you communicate well in advance with the office contact number so that someone is outside to meet you when you arrive.

The staff were very good, they met us at the apartment - as we travelled by train we kept changing the meeting time. The apartment was clean, well-provided and close to the centre.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Daniel who met me and showed me too my appartment was friendly, polite and helpful and the appartment was perfect for my needs as a single female business traveller. I felt safe comfortable and able to both relax and work easily, facilities were more than enough for my needs, would higly recommend it.

Apartment is in a great location, and is extremely comfortable, with every appliance one would need . Perfect place to settle info for some time. One needs to be well organized however about getting access to the apartment but once we found the person who we were to meet at the property - all was fine, as he was most welcoming and helpful. Lack of signage is a little tricky both in finding the apartment and having visitors find the apartment.

(Comments below are for Finzels Reach Apts) : Ashley responded quickly and satisfactorily to our demands. Modern clean design and furniture, centrally located to downtown Bristol shopping areas. Convenient secured underground parking in the same building. Dining room chairs a bit flimsy ; I had to tighten the legs with an Allen key. Missing a deep boiling pot for spaghetti. Vacuum cleaner was dirty. Insufficient lighting in bathroom; architect could have eliminated the two ceiling lights in the bedroom and installed them instead in the bathroom above the mirror. (Ashley replaced two defective ceiling lamps the first day which did improve lighting levels somewhat.)

Good location within the city, most attractions were within a 20 minute walk along the river. For the same price as a hotel room you get your own lounge and kitchen area in the apartments meaning should you wish to cook etc you can. We stayed at the end of July 2012 from Saturday to Monday and on Monday morning was woken before 8am by the noise of a pneumatic drill and men working on the renovation of a building next door. This was not mentioned when booking, so if you were planning on staying at the hotel for a mid week break over the next few months I would find out whether work on the building next door has finished before booking, so my recommendation as a place to stay currently would be for weekends only, Friday and Saturday nights.

Vital to communicate with Cleyro before arrival in order to arrange staff to meet you there as there is no reception. Ashley was the very helpful staff member we spoke to the day before, and day of arrival. He was at the apartment when we arrived and showed us around. The apartment is a very nicely fitted out with all mod cons. Comfortable and spotless. Handy for city centre. Not their fault, but some building works being carried out next door. Very noisy during daytime - but then we were out most of day. Useful to note, but wouldn't stop me visiting again.

Nice conversion and decor. The bedroom was very dark as is only a few feet away from the adjacent building, which is also being converted and (very noisy!) work started at 7.30 in the morning! Good job we weren't after a lay-in!

The apartment is good, it's got all the facilities you may need when you travel and quite good location, close to city centre. We had to wait for the person who gave the keys of the apartment to us for almost 20 minutes in the street when it was freezing cold, raining and he had suggested the place and time to meet us. That really changed my mind in "British punctuality".

The first room was great. Very homely. Near the city centre, so it was nice and easy for myself and my partner to travel around the town. Especially as the apartment was near the Harbour, which was particularly nice during a nice day. The facilities were (apart from one) all very nice. Although the apartment was very nice, we were both disappointed with the hot water facilities. As there was no running hot water in the first apartment. The owner was quite helpful with the situation and did come to the apartment twice to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately the issue could not be resolved and we were transferred around 23:00, which wasn't very acceptable. And although the issue seemed a one off and not at all a reoccurring problem, the owner did not apologise for the inconvenience which I found quite rude given the circumstances. It put a dampener on own trip.
