100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The quality of the hotel for its size was excellent. The staff very friendly and the service superb, it was a lovely place to stay and would recommend to anyone. |

Paul and his partner are two very nice person. The breakfast is well served. The room was very small (3m2) with a tiny bed for two. Toilets, which everyone could use, were outside. The curtins were too thin and the light of the street was very unsetting. Extremely noisy (ouside and inside people). Horrible smells were coming out of the shower hole while using the very small washbowl. Finally, we could hardly sleep in the room. |

Paul, the owner, made us very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. In the ensuite bathroom, a couple more hooks for towels would be good, so the hand towel can be hung next to the sink. Also, due to the sink being so narrow, the shelf above should really be moved to the side of the sink. |

Not far from the center. The size of the "standard" double room is extremely small (around 3x3 metros). There is no table, chair inside the room. No air conditioning. The toilet is not inside the room... During 6 days of my stay they didn't change the bed (bedsheet etc..) |

Friendly helpful staff and location close to beach and town centre We booked a triple room which constituted 2 singles and a fold down bed in a tiny room. We could only move around the room by agreement and the facilities were very basic, not even a towel rail or hook in the shower room. Poor value, especially compared with six previous nights in other places in the same price bracket. |

The only thing that was any good was the breakfast This is Not a Hotel it is a Guest house and is not 4star i would say only 2star, the rooms are to small, in fact we left after only one night, it was very noise |

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome by Paul one of the owners, and after a good nights sleep we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast. The decor of the guest house was clean and modern, and it was literally a five minute walk to the beach. |

We had an ensuite room and the shower was really big which was excellent! The bed was very comfy, which i always find a bone of contention at many b&bs or hotels. There was very little noise from outside or inside despite it being booked up to full capacity. Paul, one of the owners was extremely friendly & welcoming & helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and stylish as was the bathroom - the shower was wonderful!
