Score from 5 reviews Wonderful
Compact budget room but comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Sea front location was excellent.
Wi-Fi only working near the reception desk, they just need to put in repeaters to boost the signal.
I thought it was a lovely spacious room with an excellent view (of the car park). The buffet was just what we needed before a night on the beer.
My roomie never stopped complaining
The breakfast and location
Entertainment ....didnt really exist
Location Cheap beer
The bedroom was awful, damp stains on the walls amd ceilings. Rubbish under the bed. Decor ancient. Tiny room.
OUT DATED FURNITURE, CHEAP MATTRESS, SMALL FAMILY ROOM, STAFF DONT SEEM TO CARE, SAY NO MORE.
Location and breakfast good
Very small rooms and tiny bathroom
Sea front location
Tiny bathroom and small bedroom
The location of the hotel was excellent. Parking was good right next to the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The hotel was a little out dated and in need of modernising and decorating
Matresses and red blankets pool table downstairs offer of free breakfast onsite parking
Toast was cold and hard bedroom window had a noise coming through all night, squeaky sound. could hear heavy winds all night no heating came on even tho we switched heaters on kettle did not work not bedrooms given in description when booking ie I was told 2 small double beds for a fam of 1 adult and 2 children, but I was given 1 small double and 1 single! same with other bookin, online was told 2 big double beds, in reality they gave us 1 big double bed and 2 singles at either end of the room room doors did not shut properly without a loud and hard bang was locked outside hotel as all 3 doors were locked from inside due to heavy winds...had to ring reception and asked to be allowed in..this was at 11pm and it was cold and very windy outside
Location was good situated close to theme park
Bedroom was small. For a family room it should have been more spacious Bedding was awful and one bed had springs coming out. Room also all the way on 3rd floor. Although the room was clean. The decor in urgent need of modernisation. Breakfast was good.
Location, value for money.
Room very small only one way out and very hot in the room with only a small window to open.
the rooms were to small and the corridoors were to dark shower was poor and taps would not turn off
Staff were very. Nice room was clean you get what you pay for I'll go back
Given a room key and no one told us where it was, when we got there it was someone else's room! Decor was appalling looked like it had been done in the dark. Felt sea sick walking through the corridors not level at all. Had to sit on a step to use the bathroom sink. Rubbish dumped in all places not usually seen to residents apart from smokers. Daren't have breakfast due to lack of hygiene in many areas. Would definitely never recommend this hotel at all. How can you recommend anyone to book this hotel? Does anyone vet these hotels before they go on your site?
Bedding Eat as much as you like buffet
I did not like anything
Room 48 with no air conditioning, dripping ruff, it looked like it has not been used for some time, noise from other rooms, noise and smell from the kitchen.
Price bit high for the room
Requester a hair dryer to be brought up to the room. Was told 10mins and no one came. Also a little misleading when told about parking spaces.
Room smelt of lovely bees wax on arrival and loved the fancy towels on bed although getting rid of dead fly's would have put their time to better use. Breakfast was lovely and waiter was very attentive.
Décor needs updating in rooms. Celling tiles didn't match and rattled when the wind blew. Window sills outside of lift on 1st floor had dead fly's on it
Room 17 very bad outlook from window. Room not serviced daily. Prefer waiter service for dinner.
We paid £88 for the room....people turned up while we were there and paid £50.00 for the same room! Mould up the walls and basic beyond belief! An absolute disgrace and I would deter anyone from staying here....but then I suppose if you only pay £50 it might take the pain away slightly! I would appreciate a partial refund, but won't be holding my breath.......
I thought I'd paid via the site but when I got there I was told I hadn't and had to pay again. Can you confirm this is correct please
EVERY THING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS GREAT...ENJOYED ARE STAY VERY MUCH..
