Excellent reception, porters, dining room staff. Very attentive, welcoming and willing to serve / help. Also location, close to South Kensington tube very convenient for access to museums, galleries and the West End. Cleaning service knocked on door on 3 occasions between 8.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. on morning of departure.Only one bath towel provided for us as a couple - not remedied, even after we left a note for the cleaners. |

As soon as we walked into this hotel we knew we had made the right choice! Everything about it was luxury - the decor, the open fireplaces, even the smell from the Jo Malone candles was amazing! We had afternoon tea which was delicious and although pricey, like the rest of our stay, we thought was worth it! |

I loked a lot the common parts and especially the design of the bar an the good quality of the food Actually, there's something. The room are very small and the storage space very limited. The shower is too big, steeling some space to move better |

Staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Considering the very reasonable rate, the Kensington Hotel was excellent value for the money. My only complaints were the size of my room (tiny), and that the free wi-fi didn't really come through in my room. (It was fine in the lobby, though; and in my friend's room.) |

Concierge service was impecable Double charging on my debit card which left me cash shy for the rest of my holiday. I spoke with them prior to check out and was advised this would not happen . They had already pre authorised the total stay amount and was assured the difference of incidentals was all that would be charged. Unfortunately for me this was not to be . Dubai cash strapped was no fun. |

The staff were outstanding and very well trained. The public rooms were well appointed and comfortable and the airconditioning very efficient. The restaurant was relaxing and the food OK (not gourmet), it was nicely presented and very reasonably priced. The cooked breakfast on Sunday was super. Lovely hotel in a great location for the museums. The rooms was awful, so cramped that there was just enough room to walk around the 4'6" bed. The bathroom needed a repair on the shower door and a jolly good scrub. There were several items missing that one would expect from a hotel of this quality, namely: ironing board and iron (not that one had room to set it up but it was in the brochure), laundry bag, room service and restaurant menu, mini-bar price list and items such as cotton wool and cotton buds in the bathroom. One could telephone for these things but one shouldn't need to. Also the bed was still unmade at 15:45. |

Kensington hotel was a positive surprise - did not expect a lot from central London hotel with reasonable price. Breakfast was superb, though not included in room price but well worth the 15 pounds. Location very good, 5 min walk to South Kengsinton metro, 10 min walk to Science and Natural History museums. Bathroom quite small, the bathroom door didn't close properly. Our room was a bit dark, though was because of the location (so majority of rooms probably lighter.) |

The hotel is newly renovated. It's in a good location, upscale and right in downtown. Surprisingly the best service I got was from the bell boys. Rooms are small unless you book a very expensive one. |

The hotel employees are excellent. The room was in a nice, quiet location, as requested. You could not improve on the location - especially if travelling from Heathrow Airport. I enjoyed my stay. |

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The foyer of the hotel was luxurious. The location excellent. House keeping was rather inconsistent. There's always something not replenished through out our stay. |

The room was quite small and for 2 people, it would have been very cramped. Getting around the bed was tight. That being said, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great and the food was excellent! The staff was very helpful, the location was wonderful and the amenities were very very good. |

The location: it was close to the tube station and bus stops. Also, the professionality of the concierge and the elegance of the premisis. The room I was assigned to was very small, and was lacking of some fondamental details like lamposts near the bed. Moreover, the bathroom -very pretty- was not functional as it didn't have a lower shower. |

The bed was amazing and the shower was very relaxing. The area was lovely and close to underground. perfect for a couple looking to relax for a weekend The towels were not cleaned properly and had black marks on them each day. |
