In Skegness’s centre, the 4-star Kildare bed and breakfast is just 10 minutes’ walk from Skegness Pier. It provides free Wi-Fi, light, cosily furnished rooms with private bathrooms, and freshly cooked full English breakfasts. The Kildare are recent winners of Channel 4’s ‘Three in a Bed’ bed and breakfast TV programme. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, an in-room safe and free tea and coffee, whilst first floor rooms have chair lift access. Bathrooms each feature free toiletries and a hairdryer, with irons provided on request. Some ground-floor rooms are available. A variety of breakfasts are served each day, including warm croissants, traditional full English breakfasts, kippers and fruit juices. Free parking is available, and both Hildreds Shopping Centre and Tower Amusements are a 5-minute walk away. The beach is 5 minutes’ walk away, and Skegness Rail Station is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Stayed here for one night with my fiancee. We really enjoyed our stay , really welcoming and lovely people. Comfortable home from home atmosphere. The breakfast was EXCELLENT all freshly cooked to order by themselves. Location brilliant- 5 minute walk from hustle and bustle. Quiet and relaxing. Will definately be booking again . Thankyou for a lovely stay kelly and jonny x Would be great if children could be accommodated for as i have friends with children that would love to stay

Everything from the friendly welcome, the room, shower, dining, were all way above what we expected. The room had all that a short-term traveller needed, including a desk. Would say the best place we have stayed in 6 trips to UK. Extra special place and lovingly maintained. Lovely lounge area to relax and chat before dining. Almost felt as if we were family. Having to leave.

Fantastic guesthouse,super rooms and very clean,great breakfast with a good choice it also had an honesty bar with beer wines and spirits at a good price the owners are fantastic people and make you welcome.Beach only 5 mins walk.

The proprietors were friendly, knowledgable of the area and gave us good advice and directions for all the local amenities. The hotel had a very friendly and warm atmostphere, almost home from home. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast excellent, hot and substantial. Excellent location, just a short walk to the sea front and shopping centre. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who liked to stay at a five star small hotel. Would certainly not hesitate to visit again.

the staff were very friendly and very helpful. the food was excellent. the rooms were tastefully decorated and very spacious. the bed was really comfortable. the location was perfect. this is where we will be staying the next time we visit skegness. we can't recommend it enough.

It was very clean, staff were polite and helpful. Wifi was not available in my room, downstairs I still could not get it to work, which was disappointing as I required it to phone abroad.

we found the kildare to be excellent and ray and joyce the proprietors were very friendly and could`nt do enough for you. the room was lovely and very clean and the breakfast was great, the location was very good too, easy walking distance to the beach and the train and bus station, but in a nice quiet peaceful par t of skegness. we will certainly use the kildare again.
