You could only watch 1 channel on the TV however I think it was due to the hotel not getting a very good signal.
The room was filthy stains everywhere on the carpet tv did not have a picture kettle did not work shower was really bad bath was old and worn.said brekfast was included that was a joke it came in a box muffin cerial bar orange juice an a small bag of dried fruit was horrible will never stay there again
Everything . The place was filthy with springs instead of a mattress. The worst night in a hotel ever.
This hotel was in a good location. The reception guy was very helpful
Poor cleaning standards as the room could have been hovered, Our mattress was of a poor Standard, TV reception wasn't good. We stayed on a Mon Night and most facilities were closed its okay if ya stopping one night. Decor of hotel needs updating
Patio doors so I didn't have to go out front for a cigarette
Was told Id get 2 double beds but got 2 single beds. No tv remote No bed side lamp
Price was reasonable
Room was cold no heating kettle didn't work half the lights didn't work. We left after a couple of hours an went to travel lodge.
Bed-concave-very uncomfortable No heating in the room More rust than paint in the shower. Pictures growing mould, to go with the mushrooms at the bottom of the wall. Very un helpful guys on the desk not helping with our complaints.
You get what you pay for! Not much positive to say other than it served it's purpose.
-people obviously smoking in rooms. - bed had no springs. - heating didn't work halogen heater provided. -mould in hall -lots of dust and mould in room/bathroom. Ripped tatty bedding. Wifi didn't work telly was hit and miss.
Nothing what's so ever
Smell of tobacco damp and dirt in the whole of the building. The walls were black with damp and the corridors had towels across floor to soak up water which we did trip up over. we did finally get a refund after 30 mins of poor service from the receptionist who kept telling us he had no contact number for the manager . This hotel is a health hazard and should not be open to the public .
price.facillities.size of room.
damp smell in hallways.
The manager was totally uncooperative.TV had a very bad reception, bathroom carpet was filthy, shower screen broken, nobody cleaned the room or changed towels or bedlinnen in 5 days.We had to ask for cups, clean towels, extra blanket, glasses ,just the normal things you expect in a hotel ,but the managers said we were asking to much.
Good value for money .. £35 for exec room .. Lovely And clean .. Would stay again
Cleanliness carpets were so dirty I would put shoes on to walk on it.I found it very misleading that you could use all facilities when that was not the case unless you paid £10.00.Television was prehistoric and I was only able to get one channel.Shower hardly got you wet.The place needs money spending on it as it has a bad reputation in the local area.
Smell of damp, mouldy tiles in bathroom
Enjoyed our night out at the kingfisher club and local pubs
Hated the rooms as the all smelt of damp carpets were dirty furniture broken mold and damp on windows, bed matresess were uncomfortable and lumpy bathroom had cob webs in and rusty disabled chairs to shower with it all needs a revamping .
The hole place not clean doors broke walls dirty and as for breakfast well that's a joke came in a box one cereal bar and a orange drink
Very noisy alarm going off all night
NOTHING WAS NICE! Bed bugs in the bed and was damp and cold. Radiators don't work so they gave me a electrical heater which wasn't working either.
Hated every Mintue in the hotel smelt of dampness and curry & the workers seemed like immigrants which didn't even know how speak English. The bathroom was dirty. Walls were damp and had marks of tea stains & beds had bed bugs and worn out mattress. Blanket wasn't a blanket it was a bloody a thin piece of Bed sheet. My advice is don't stay there cause it's a waste. You'd rather stay in a expensive hotel than a cheap mangy hotel.
Nothing at all !
A room with a broken lampshade, stains on the carpet and headboard, mould, and filth in the bathroom and after struggling to open what would be a fire exit patio type door would have had to step over hundreds of cigarette butts and a used contraceptive !
price, parking, comfort, bar food
slight grimy bathroom, TV poor picture and only 6 channels, damp plaster in hall way
Cheap, nice location and plenty of parking.
Rooms were not dirty but ceiling and walls were stained and in need of decorating. Shower screen was missing from bath so couldn't use shower. Walls between room are quite thin so could hear neighbours.
No light to entrance which had steep steps.Mattress was lumpy and felt damp.Bedding very scarce only sheet and a thin cover..Room cold no hot water. No hangers in wardrobe and draws missing in chest black and white tv which must have been at least 20yearsold
Outdated room. Filthy carpet, headboards, walls etc. Very very basic.
Bed was comfy, the room was large and clean. There was tea and coffee in the room and staff were very helpful and supplied extra pillows when needed. Towels were provided and there was shower gel on the wall in the shower. Good value for money.
Our room was very close to the reception and you could hear people talking and walking around quite clearly. The hotel is a little hard to get to if you don't drive. Also, the television only had 5 channels with poor visual quality and reception. However, for £35 the room was great.
