The location was ideal for visiting the area

The facilities did not reach expectations. We booked for a large double room on the front with king sized bed and views overlooking Bushy Park. We received a small room with a double bed and views overlooking the side of the hotel. Hardly value for money.

Great Location, Good food, lovely breakfast, Good value for money

Clean and well appointed room. Very friendly, helpful staff, particularly check in. Fabulous goats cheese salad, good selection of real ales. Comfortable bar area. Big fluffy towels.

Shower is very small. I am size 10 and I struggled in the tiny space. Breakfast is quite basic for such an expensive hotel. I think it is over priced. Car park is very small and is simply a lay-by on the main road.

The friendly staff. The breakfasts were perfect in terms of quality, taste and portion of cooked breakfast. Design/styling of room and location of hotel.

Slightly small room and would also like a small fridge in room to store water.

Although on first appearance the hotel seemed a little tired, there was a lot to recommend it: breakfast was enjoyable and dinner definitely met our expectations, my husband being a keen meat-eater and myself a vegetarian. Initially I was disappointed at the absence of a bath but the shower-room was very clean, warm and furnished with large, white towels. The staff were friendly and helpful and, in particular, the young lady on breakfast duty at the weekend and the tall young man on duty during Sunday evening, worked hard and were very friendly. I liked the overall relaxed and traditional atmosphere.

The location was excellent. Close to the Palace and beautiful walks and parks and close to the station if you want to head to the city centre. The staff were excellent,and the food was exceptionally good. Definately worth a look.

Great staff, really helpful and friendly. I was a bit shocked when I walked in on Sunday to a full restaurant, but the hotel upstairs is very calm and quiet.

The walls were a bit dirty and the door was extremely difficult to shut. Not a big problem, but would probably annoy someone who was staying more than one night.

Location to Hampton Court. Food is very good and value for money.

The bed was very comfortable and No traffic noise.

The room was cold and no heat was on in the bathroom. No chair or other seating in the room. No way out signs from bedrooms to reception.

The dining area had a cold feeling. Bare tables and hard chairs. A table cloth would have helped.

Thought I have booked a single room and ended up with a double so that was a nice surprise - I have a spinal issue and the double bed was great to spread out in!

Slow service at breakfast waited 10 mins for a drink and the help yourself food bar wasn;t set up on time for 8am To be fair to the waitress, who was very polite, was struggling getting electricity to the burco boiler and toaster. Nonetheless it wasn't the most pleasant experience dealing with falling boold sugar levels. I am not one to complain but improvements could be made here. Perhaps it is a bit much to expect one member of staff to do everything in the morning. Management please take note
