This hotel is in the north area a lovely area perfect for families no stags or hens seen. Tram stop just up the road. Very helpful owners. Clean modern rooms. I would definately stay again

Nice guest house in the quieter end of Blackpool. The room was spotless and we had plenty of tea/ coffee etc. The breakfast was great and well organised so didnt have to wait to long. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Chris and Christine. The room was spotless ,very comfy and had everything we needed .The cooked breakfast was excellent and set you up for the day .We would definitely stop there again and recommend it to anyone .
owners very cheerfull and helpfull , hotel spotlessly clean which was a bonus ! stayed in many hotels in blackpool n this was the cleanest ! breakfast was excellant . i was in a double room which was quite small i must say but it done the job fine ! my son and daughter n law were in the family room with the 2 kids it was really spacious they were really pleased with it . parking not a problem either right outside the door !! would definitly return
