you could have a evening meal at the hotel,nice and warm in the hotel.

the view of metal stairs out side bedroom window in room 9.If you wanted breckfast it cost extra,but there were no prices on the menu in the room.Could not hang any long dresses or trousers in the cupboard not at all big enough for a luxury room.

I can thoroughly recommend The Kings Hotel. Despite my late arrival, the entire experience was faultless from beginning to end.

Very squeaky floor in our room ( 3 ) - I couldn't walk on the floor without waking my wife. Poor lighting in the bathroom, not helped by the fact that one of the bulbs was out.

the friendly staff,all very helpful.service at breakfast could be improved more staff needed when busy. We asked for fresh hot toast after the plate left went cold,but it never arrived. Everything else was excellant,and we would definately stay there again.

I have stayed at numerous hotels in the last three months ranging from 3/4 star at varying prices, I have to say this hotel was the best as yet for cleanliness, very welcoming and helpful staff, the room decor was lovely, bathroom excellent. For me the small attention to detail mattered, there was an excellent information book in the room, lots of free general necessaties, i was asked twice if i needed any help with my luggage, nothing was too much for the staff. Would definately recommend anyone wanting excellent value for money and service to match a visit!!

Friendly welcome, restaurant excellent, very comfortable room.

All the staff were friendly and professional. I was made to feel special by everyone. Service from the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff was five star and genuine.

Very friendly and helpful staff, lots of smiling faces and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The hotel was very clean and the beds huge. Very good food.

The floorboards were a bit creaky in our room, but that is really a trivial thing.

Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We were upgraded on arrival as it was a special occasion. Food was amazing and the rooms were lovely. Free cream tea on arrival was also a superb bonus.

Wardrobe in room 9 is a bit small and the ironing board took up most of the space for hanging clothes.

Everything. The room was great, the service was great, the hotel was great. Very very happy, would recommend highly. Good value for money.

Not a big deal but no reception on my phone which admittedly wasn't the hotels fault, more the area.

Owners, Charlie and Holly, were very welcoming. Great food, hospitality, facilities, will definitley stay again!

The room was lovely and the bed was huge

Service in the restaruant was very slow, didnt seem that they had enough staff on.Steak was very tender but tasteless and the peppercorn sauce to go with it also very bland.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Although the food was a bit pricey it was excellent quality and well worth the money. The room was excellent with a lovely King size bed. Air conditioning would have been a bonus but the heat was a rarity. There was a small but powerful fan in the room which did help.

Location is great for Sandringham and North Norfolk beaches. Beautiful location in quiet pictureseque village. Staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary scones and afternoon tea.

There was a bit of a problem with flies in the dining room. I am sure that this is an unfortunate seasonal issue that can be resolved by persistent spraying when the room is unoccupied.

Had an excellent stay, close to the coast. Hotel was great. Food in the hotel excellent. Will book another weekend in the future.

It's a good location for us as we like visiting the country estate'S. Plus it,s in a nice quiet little village, good size room's that look out over the country side. Good food and very friendly staff.

Great decor (apart from the curtains). Very stylish, nicely renovated. Very good food - especially the pork three ways (loin, belly and cheek).

Curtains were a bit dodgy. Floorboards creaked a bit in our bedroom.
