There was a very warm and freindly welcome, and the room was very nice. Breakfast was first class.

The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them. Rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Difficult to find specific house in the dark as house is set back from the road and is unlit. (Tom Tom directions lead to incorrect house about 100 yes away)

A lovely warm welcome from Ayla & Tony, who are exceptional hosts. Superb room & facilities. Very comfortable bed and bedding, made for an excellent nights sleep. Lovely breakfast. I can't praise this B&B enough!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Impressve power shower. The hosts made me feel welcome and did their utmost to ensure I enjoyed the stay.

Wonderfully comfortable bed, delicious and hearty breakfast, exceptionally friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended.

You just have to love everything about this place: The rooms are absolutely stunning, the breakfast is fantastic, and the Tony and Ayla are superb hosts. It does really feel like home away from home - with a better breakfast than at home. You can even bring your dog(s).

Nice welcome, excellent room.

Very welcoming and flexible. We were there to attend a family wedding nearby and had a few special requests which were no problem for the hotel. It was comfortable and the next best thing to getting ready in our own home.

The tv didn't work. We didn't mention it as it wasn't importnat to us but things like this should be checked regularly. Breakfast service was a little slow. Once again it was not importnat on this occassion as we were not in a hurry but could deter guests who are on a tighter time frame.

We have stayed at many B&Bs up and down the country, but the Kingsley is by far the best we have stayed at. from the welcome we recieved, to the departure, they could not have been more helpful. Their recommendation of the superb food in the pub just down the road was spot on too. Breakfast was mega, and superbly cooked. Our room #3 had the most gorgeous bathroom with slipper bath which was spotless. Our room, with gigantic bed was so comfortable and wonderful. What a beautiful big house. We hope to make the Kingsley a regular place to stay as we visit this part of Hampshire quite a lot, we are already planning for 6 of us to stay in the three rooms. A1-5*.

There is always room for improvement anywhere you stay, but my god, I wouldn't know how to improve on the Kingsley, it was perfect, dare I say a 9.9999999999% /10...... No, it's a 10/10 from us.

We cannot recommend this b&b more highly as it was fantastic. The family who run it welcomed us as part of their family. The breakfast was superb and so was the room. They recommended a local pub which again turned out to be great. Plenty of parking and quiet atmosphere. We can't wait to go back!!
