The price for the room was really good and it was very spacious and the staff where very friendly

The only thing was there was not a window to let some air in the room

I liked the very helpful staff, the cleanliness and the fact that it's close to two train stations, being communicated with Liverpool central in just 10 min. Breakfast was very good for the price thy charge.

The building and main entrance need some indications from Stanley Road. It looks like a closed building. The room was nice and clean but poorly isolated. I couldn't sleep all night because of the wind banging the windows constantly.

Fairly good value for the price and great location for Anfield.

Place looks really dodgy from the outside but once you get in you will find the different place. Also the staff member was dealing very well with any situation we came across and was extremely helpfull. Would recommend this place to my friends with no problem.

On the last night of our stay, Thursday 7th February 2013, being woken up at 1 am in the morning by some other guests making loud noise and banging doors on their way out. We had a five hour drive the next day.

The staff were brilliant and went out of their way for us :) one of are party got into trouble and the staff were excellent at making sure everything was sorted out for us, lovely set of people

it was in easy access of the train station.

there was no balance between the heating and air it was too dry and affected my asthma

The triple room that we used was basically just a double room with an extra bed. That disappointed us.

The staff working there had been excellent. He is willing to take the extra miles on assisting me to locate/print/direct me to my destinations. Even though the place is a little dodgy from the exterior, I am totally surprised by the service provided by the staff there. Would strongly recommend my friends to stay there next time. Great place for solo traveler like me !

Rooms were dirty. Had to pay for towels, and breakfast! When room already cost £96.00. Beds were smelly. We couldn't wait to leave.

Excellent value for money. Ideal for our overnight stay. Staff very helpful.

Having to be there by 8pm was tricky as I was travelling a long way to get to Liverpool. However I think that this was fair considering the very low price of the accommodation. Not a place to stay if you want a relaxing break; adequate but basic

There was confusion over the breakfast which I had paid for but didn't receive.

Good location (for Anfield stadium) and cheap. Rooms are really nice as well as the bathrooms. Excellent value for the price.

A huge disappointment was a dirty sheet and also, you have to pay for towels.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived as this B&B (although it looks quite delapidated on the outside) was spotlessly clean and cheerful. The room was very basic but adequate and had a nice TV above the wardrobe. It is located conveniently close to the railway station and the city centre. All in all, very good value at the price and I will definitely stay there again when I go to Liverpool.

Building needs renovation but this is reflected in the budget price, and it is not a problem.

Price!!! £15 for me, my wife and child for a night must be a great deal. We only stayed one night and we were very happy. If you're looking for luxury don't go there. But you get everything you need.
