Handy to the football grounds
No one there to check you in till 2 o'clock no where to wait standing out side in the middle of nowhere
Floor full of sick in the bathroom, bedroom freezing cold.
beds were really comfortable 3
The staff were friendly and helpful
You could hear people opening and closing doors.
cleaneness and smoke free
The room was excellent value for money. Real secure, multiple keys required for entry. The cleanliness was excellent also. Heating worked a charm so was quite a comfortable stay.
Was a little far from the main city (but we knew that before we booked)
10 minutes close to city centre by bus 10 minutes close to Anfield Stadium by bus 30 minutes to city centre on foot helpful and concerning staff..
No brindan toallas para los clientes.
nothing much..max stay one night
The family room was very small and congested..the bathroom is shared..quite inconvenient
Great shower and comfortable
The rooms was nice and warm.
Seemed to be in the middle of nowhere and could've done with better facilities
location to city centre transport was excellent minimum of 20 buses per hour, local market on Saturday within easy reach . excellent fast food near by
only double room at top of house not suitable for people with poor mobility no option for breakfast £10 each for continental breakfast is expensive even at a 5 star hotel
We had booked one night but were arriving at 3am, staff were very accommodating in support of our plans. Clean room and great night sleep and close to Anfield road which was important as we were going to a match.
Everything about this B&B is rubbish.
everything run down place should not be able to advertise
Was perfect for me! Travelled down for the match, it had everything I needed, but I am a bloke who travels alone!
It didnt bother me too much but, shared bathrooms, and having to pay for towels was a bit off! WiFi is almost non existent! However I will return, it suited me down to the ground!
I liked that the rooms were clean and a good size. I would of preferred a double bed. When I booked in, I asked for the beds to be put together. The man who checked us in was quite friendly and advised us where was a good place for a reasonably priced breakfast. We didn't book breakfast as my partner is a very fussy eater and in all honesty it would be a waste. He was quite knowledgeable about getting out and about too. He was very pleasant.
I didn't like that there was no lift in the premises and that the stairs were so steep. I had to bring a large suitcase with an oxygen mask and machine up those stairs. Your info on the premises does not tell you that. I understand it was refurbished, but when we got there we walked into a very musty smelling porch which was being masked by a plug-in air freshener. On arriving, it looked like it was closed. Only that I happened to see the side door open, we'd be still standing there today. Our first impressions were not great. But that did improve slightly. In my personal opinion it is more suited to students as a hostel. It was not my idea of a b&b. In all honesty I think £10 per person each morning for a continental breakfast is a bit steep. When the place he suggested only charged £4 for a cooked breakfast.
We were here only for a night for football match. What I like about the place is they have free coffee and tea 24hours at the pantry. Toilets are clean.
Parking on the road side
We stayed in the Knowsley B&B for a match day. It was great value as it was considerably cheaper than anywhere else. It's not the prettiest building from the outside but the room was nice and clean, and the bathrooms were very nice. Only a short taxi from the city centre. We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.
-2pm check in time wasn't ideal before the match but we ended up leaving our bags in the train station which worked fine.
Very friendly and helpful member of staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed.
Location is awful. Above a closed down pub with a front door that makes it look like a squat.
There wasn't much we did like
We were not made aware that bed and breakfast.the breakfast was £10 pp extra and had to book in advance. So each day we had to go out for breakfast
Peace quiet and cheap
Nothing at all
The room was smelling of urine, and the building smelt, very dirty, very much need of redecorating, stained carpets and curtains, basic room not comfortable, beds (sat on) un comfy poor bedding (old) booked for a family room had 3 single beds no good at all. Would not recommend to anyone
A lovely experience really enjoyed my stay. The friendly guy who runs the place was really helpful. It was clean and great value for money. I recommend this b and b to anyone looking for a low cost option.
- Customer service - Comfortable bed - The washroom was clean! - worth the value of money
- the surrounded environment is too quiet, feeling insecure - bad smell when I first entered to the room - facilities in room (i.e. Table and Chair) is not stable
