The hotel has a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The room was excellent and the staff couldn't have done anything better. If I was nitpicking I would ask for softer pillows! |

Modern well equipted bedrooms, reasonably priced, excellent location, lots of character. Lights fused in the middle of the night and none avaible to restore lighting which made it very difficult to use bathroom. Breakfast could have been served a bit earlier. |

The hotel felt very friendly and staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and spacious - very quiet and had air conditioning which was great. Very clean and a heavenly bed - so comfortable. We had a really lovely meal in the evening and the breakfast was good. Booked the day before and got a reduced price - excellent quality for the cost - would return and reccomend to others. |

Clean, handy for what we needed to do. A charge for early checkin. Never had to do this before. Power was out for most of the day. Not the hotels fault but didnt seem that bothered. |

We had a room in the new block. It was very big (as was the bathroom) and very stylish, having been decorated in neutral colours. No noise whatsoever despite being so close to the A40. Good - and filling - continental breakfast. |

The staff were really friendly and always smiling (genuinely too!). The main building had been brought up to a modern level and the room was a good standard. |

Fantastic. Nice public areas, great food and free WiFi. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. I've stayed in places three times as expensive as this that haven't been as good. Very good value for money. |

Theroom was very nice, it had plenty of parking, and was right off the M40 yet at the same time felt like it was out in the countryside. No food Sunday night; some confusion over room rate which wascleared up when we produced our confirmation number. Nothing to do within walking distance |

As usual staff were friendly and welcoming. Room clean and tidy. On this occasion my colleague and were late ordering off the menu and although the cut off time for food had passed, the chef agreed to make a meal for us. |

The staff were incredibly helpful and able to direct me around the local area to the amenities that I needed. The complex was secluded without being isolated, and the standard of accommodation was incrediubly high for the money. The quality and presentation of the food available was very high anmd the prices were perfectly reasonable. Some of the rooms have interconnecting doors - I was uncertain how to lock the one in my room from my side. Not really a criticism of the hotel. |

Nice welcome, great location, clean and spacious room, fantastic restaurant and final bill was great value for money. Had to wait 15 minutes for our table at dinner when booked for 8.45pm but was not a problem as had a drink in the bar area. |
