Lovely hotel, room was located in purpose built block outside main pub. Was very quiet and our room was on ground floor. Easy to spot pub from motorway due to the lights in the dark. Lovely toiletries and the shower was divine! Bed was very comfy but could do with more teabags in the room! Pub grub in evening was divine and reasonably priced (and not far to saunter back to your room after a few glasses of wine!!!) Breakfast was lovely, with the option to 'upgrade' on the basic continental breakfast. Would have liked a pot of tea rather than a small cup and having to walk into another room in order to get refill. Definitely recommend to others for weekends out and about in Oxfordshire as only 20 mins from Park and Ride to Oxford and Bicester outlet shopping.

A good location for "The Garsington Opera Festival at Wormsley" Hotel facilities were good. They got the booking wrong. We ordered a twin room and they allocated a double room. They changed it without hesitation, though!

The hotel had a comfortable and welcoming feel. The room itself was very spacious with great features such as air conditioning, countryside view, large modern bathroom and decent sized comfy bed. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel and felt at home there enjoying our stay considerably. Couldn't really fault this hotel, but including a full english breakfast rather than it being an extra charge would have made the stay perfect. On a side note they don't serve food past 6pm on a Sunday which would have been useful as it is a little remote.

Very friendly staff who help and assist at every opportunity. The hotel has a cozy seating area with open fires, so relaxing isn't a problem. A nice touch was the homemade biscuits with the hospitality tray and tasty homemade biscoti which came with hot drinks. We did request a room within the hotel as it has masses of character, fantastic room but draughty, on a particular cold evening the radiators found it difficult trying to keep the room warm. However the hotel has an additional refurbished wing near the spa.

Everyone at the Lambert Arms was very friendly and helpful. Our stay went very smoothly. We ate in the resturant and enjoyed excellent food which was freshly prepared to and cooked to a high standard. Our room and facilities were comfortable, clean and everything was well presented.

This old coaching inn has been well modernised to provide comfortable accommodation. The management just need to reconsider their tv provider. Use of the internet meant that no tv was watchable on the night I stayed, and only bbc the following morning. Given that I just wanted to chill out in private after a trying day, this was a huge frustration.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Spotlessly clean throughout. Although it was only a continental breakfast included in the price, there was plenty of choice and it was more than enough. Being a bird of prey lover, especialy the Red Kite of which there are many in your locality, it was great to see one come over your car park at roof height one morning! Hope to return to the Lambert again. Food perhaps a little on the high side which might tempt people to drive into nearby Thame as we did for a Thai meal at a very reasonable price.

Nice rooms. Good staff. Good location. Would like tea and coffee served to table, and toast so you dont have to stand waiting in a line at breakfast.

Menu, bar service, friendly staff Dirty sink that wouldn't let water drain so that you know something unpleasant is down the plughole and has clearly in need of a good plunge. Walls in bedroom and bathroom covered in stains and dirty marks. Bath side panel is a sheet of ugly chipboard with screws holding it in place and surround wood strips detached and dangerous. Shower that is scorching hot then cold. Hot water coming from the hot and cold tap in the sink such that you know the plumbing is a complete bodge job and hot supply is forcing into cold tanks. Time for a major spruce-up of room 1 I'd say.
