This 5-star hotel is in London's Knightsbridge and looks out over Hyde Park. It has air-conditioned luxury rooms and offers a personal butler service, free Wi-Fi and free use of a laptop. The Lanesborough’s traditional rooms mix 19th-century style with modern luxury. Many also have scenic views over Hyde Park. Apsleys, a Heinz Beck Restaurant, has a Michelin Star for its seasonal Italian cuisine. The Library Bar has a real open fire, and offers a range of cocktails and cognacs. The Lanesborough has also been awarded Best Afternoon Tea in London by the UK Tea Council. Guests can also enjoy homemade scones and jams, and thick clotted cream. location, smokining room, room facilities. i couldnt do the check in at 8am, they didnt find me in their system!!!!, i had to go to work and finished the check in at 7pm. in-room dinning was not to the standard of the hotel at all. the sink in my room 101 has the Hot handle at the cold water pipe. badar

Good position. Well soundproofed from traffic. Excellent afternoon tea. Indifferent staff attitude. Small rooms for a hotel of this stature and price. Very little ambiance compared to the more well known top end hotels in London.
