Good location. Very pet friendly. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff. Small, but clean swimming pool.
Parts of health club are a little tired. Steam room worked only sporadically. Snooker table advertised, but it was a pool table.
Staff entertainment food
spa was not all working
The staff were excellent, very friendly. The food was very good. Room small but very clean and OK for a couple of nights. Nice warm pool, dog friendly we took two dogs who also enjoyed their stay with park across the road and beach round the corner
Location, in the middle of the town, close to shops, bars, restaurants, sea front. Free parking. Shower good. Tea and coffee making facilities. TV.
Decor and furnishings very dated. Bathroom dated. Pool very small and slightly depressing, poorly lit. Steam room was cold and also required some TLC, changing rooms in a state of disrepair.
Very helpful staff, spacious room, closeness to St. Annes square and the beach
Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom
Comfy bed, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely go back :)
Friendliness of Staff Clean tidy Room Location in St Annes, convenient for transport into Blackpool Good Breakfast
Room was a bit small for a Double at price paid - it helped us being short people! The basin in shower room was almost the entire width of the room, so you had to stand in the doorway when washing at the sink. It was also very close to the toilet so care was needed when sitting down so that you didn't knock your head. The only other issue was that the shower walls were grubby with mildew/mould in the grouting - easily fixed with a good bleach-type spray and scrub with a toothbrush!
All aspects except the bed
The bed or more appropriately the trampoline
Staff superb Food good Location great
Breakfast. The food was great. Started at 8am but on my last day I had to leave at 6.45am so did so on an empty stomachs
Everything, I can't fault it.
Location 2 minutes walk from the beach
Disorganised and generally poor staff. Room tired and not particularly clean and in need of a touch of paint and a good clean. Swimming pool had no adequate changing facilities and lockers could not be locked.
Enjoyed the pool and steam roof . breakfast was nice
Only fault was the beer staff were nice
Location and parking
it's all a bit beige and tired.
Most other items. Food times were inflexible and unless you are part of an old persons coach group pretty poor. Dinner we paid £15 for was rubbish. Staff were unsure of processes and did not seem to have much idea of hotel procedures.
location, staff, clean
no shampoo/shower gel and hairdryer
we could take the dog, nice staff breakfast was nice.
road noise. very busy in the restaurant. would eat out next time
a bit jaded in parts but fine for a night stop.
Excellent facilities, as a guest of the hotel you can use the gym and pool areas free of charge. The staff or friendly but professional. Had a problem with bathroom light, it was fixed within the hour. Perfect location to St Annes, especially for those that find walking difficult. Value for money 5*
we had a great time at the langdales the location central to shops and resturants .staff friendly ,spa great for chilling out.we will be returing.
Location was very near Town Centre and easy walking distance to promenade. Breakfast was very nice and good value.
Room was nice but slightly dated in appearance.
The friendly welcome, the relaxed atmosphere, the local knowledge and the location. The fact that car parking wasn't a hassle.
Haven't really got any criticisms. We did forget to bring toiletries, but they did provide us with some free of charge....
The room was okay for the price paid, only problem was it was very noisy with traffic as hotel on a busy road. My partner used the swimming pool & jacuzzi & sauna he really enjoyed that. The breakfast was okay. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.
The road noise.
Staff friendly, breakfast good. Room spacious and quiet. Good price for a night's stay
Room needs updating. Biggest drawback was how early we had to have breakfast and checkout! No time to get up and relax. Had to be out by 9.30 so that was a big turnoff. Most hotels is it 11.00ish.
Entertainment on Saturday night was very good. Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of room, change of towels. The use of the pool.
Nice room, lots of hot water
No Earl Grey or fruit teas available
