Score from 534 reviews Very good
the accommodation and the service were impeccable. You feel very welcome and very well cared for, as well in the hotel, as in the restaurant and the bar. A hotel with a very personal service. I will be back.
The Ambiance, the friendly staff, the sophistication of the Interiors, the pink stationaries & pen, the fluffy comfy bed.
Smaller size of the room but what can you expect in London
Could not fault my stay. The room was great & I had the best nights sleep. The Chuan Spa was amazing, a definite must. It was my birthday over the weekend I stayed and the hotel surprised me with 'happy birthday' cupcakes in the room. Such a lovely touch.
Nothing to complain about.
Helpful staff, beautiful room and beautiful hotel. The facilities were outstanding.
Palm Court Breakast The aroma as you walk in Great Gym and Pool Great staff
One small evening bar to serve the whole hotel, nowhere else to sit back and relax in te ambience. The only 5 star Hotel that doesn't take your bags from you at the door and deliver them to your room.
Gorgeous hotel, extremely friendly and highly competent staff. A standout in its class of luxury hotels. Will definitely return and recommend.
All was excellent. No complaints.
Staff throughout the Hotel Rooms fantastic Location great

Staff are all outstanding Extremely helpful and friendly We had lovely big room
Can't fault anything
The staff were very friendly and efficient. They made us feel in place and dealt with all enquiries in a friendly and competent manner.
The staff, the bar, the bed mattress especially and it's location.
The fact that we could only stay for two nights.
Public spaces are beautiful Lovely spa Friendly and helpful staff So close to Oxford Street
The hotel has a very welcoming feel which other hotels can feel like a turnstyle stay. Palm court restaurant was fantastic, great choice and the food is the best i have eaten in a while.
Everything! I would come back anytime!
Stunning service and consistent over the 10days. Very obliging at all times. Great bar and breakfast room ( avoid the spillover room)
Room is a tad small, and aircon broke down
Service 1st class staff 110 per cent nothing to much trouble be back very soon
Mattress quality excellent, friendliness of staff very good, some excellent; room quality and size excellent; location excellent; check out time at 12:00 noon ideal.
The hotel comprises a number of joined buildings at different levels. The hotel lifts use different numbers to describe the locations. Thus get one lift and it will tel you the spa is on level 2 and another lift it is on level 1. Very confusing and for a 5 star hotel they really ought to sort this out. My only other gripe is a general hotel one. Why have nt hotels worked out yet that 'shaving mirrors' are also used to put in contact lenses? They often don't have extendable arms so unless you are 6ft 6" tall you quite often need to be a contortionist to use the mirror as you need tone very close to the mirror to use it! Not come across one hotel yet that has sorted this - Langham is the same.
We were originally booked into another hotel and after spending one night, we decided we wanted to spoil ourselves. We booked the Langham based on the fact it was London's first Grand Hotel. We were not disappointed. It's the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. London hotel rooms can be a bit small so try to get a suite if you can afford it.
In-room refrigerators are automated to charge your room if an item is removed. This poses a problem if you want to clear some space in the fridge for your own items. There was a card stating that housekeeping could over-ride the feature and clear you some space, but still a bit of a hassle.
Best hotel in london for sure. And believe me i have had in many hotels in london. Best service, best food and best room i have ever been to.
Excellent team of extremely professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff give such individual support that you are made to feel like you are the only people they are looking after.
Having to go home!
Bed and room are so comfy that it was difficult to leave the room. It felt like home. Friendly and helpful staff
Pool was too small. Menu for room service was too few and food tasted bland.
Everything from the front door to the front door-didnt have to carry my bags, the room was beautiful, the phone was answered in two rings, the staff were lovely, the food great and the bed wonderful and it was close to everything….
