Beautiful building. Good facilities. Ideal location for West End trip. Nice story behind the hotel - gives it character. As usual a visit to London involved paying nearly £300 for a hotel room that does not having breakfast included. |

The hotel, service and food were all fantastic. Great staff, they were extremely helpful and attentive. Good location, particularly for shopping and West End entertainment. |

efficient and courteous staff. The hotel rooms were excellent for noise sound proofing - i heard nothing once shut the door. Communal areas expansive and impressive. Location great. Bed really comfy Thought the room was not as nice as expected for the reputation - looked a little past its best and in need of refurbishment to match expectations of langham - especially bathroom |

The beds were very comfy. There was rubbish in the room from the previous guest. The noise from the corridors was unacceptable, doors banging, doorbells ringing and staff shouting housekeeping from the early hours of Saturday morning. The sound-proofing is non-existent internally - unbelievable for a hotel of this quality. I suggest the management spend a night in 613. |

Great location. The duty manager dealt with the mix up about our booking very well, he was extremely pleasant. There is no residents lounge, therefore nowhere to have a nightcap or even a chat after dinner. (we had an under 18 with us and therefore could not use the bar), as the rooms are small a residents lounge is really necessary. |

the staff were so friendly for a 5 star that the service was impeccable. it is a beautiful entrance, rooms lovely, service amazing- just an absalute dream to stay there. I will go back for a special occasion that i couldnt stay longger |

The restaurant is excellent with first class staff and the fillet of beef was the best I have tasted anywhere in the world. The bedrooms are very comfortable and even the least expensive are of a good size (I stayed in two different rooms over two days as I needed to stay an extra night). The recent refurbishment of the public rooms is most impressive with a hint of far eastern influence blending well into this fine old London building. The bars and restaurant are fit for entertaining even the most discerning of guests. Room service breakfast was superb and able to meet prety well any special diet. Over all - a great experience. The wifi in my second room was not a strong enough connection to allow me reliable remote use my office computer. Given the additional charge for this service it should at least work. This corner room had poor water pressure in the bath room and the room safe was not working. |

I was very relaxed and there were not problems. Everything was sorted not really that big a deal but we asked for a smoking room and even though the hotel has smoking rooms , we didnt get one, they were all booked but we werent notified of this until checking in |

The hotel is beautiful and the staff made us feel like Royalty. The building has just been refurbished to the highest possible standards.This is definitely the best hotel we have stayed at In England, second best in the world. Absolutely nothing, it was perfect. |
