The hotel is very beautiful, confortable and the staff very nice and helpful. The location is perfect for a stay in London, long or short. Very, very clean! |

I was very relaxed and there were not problems. Everything was sorted not really that big a deal but we asked for a smoking room and even though the hotel has smoking rooms , we didnt get one, they were all booked but we werent notified of this until checking in |

The hotel is beautiful and the staff made us feel like Royalty. The building has just been refurbished to the highest possible standards.This is definitely the best hotel we have stayed at In England, second best in the world. Absolutely nothing, it was perfect. |
