Beautiful Hotel with the most attentive staff - a real pleasure

I am not adverse to paying high bar prices to maintain decent clientele but, having said that I do feel the prices were a bit steep.

A very beautiful hotel. All of the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant the atmosphere was delightful. Would certainly stay there again.

It is not cheap, by comparison to some 5 star hotels it may be considered to be reasonably priced but for the money I would like to see English breakfast included in the room price.

I like this hotel.

The room was comfortable but rather small, it would've been nice to have a stem of flower and fresh fruits on arrival as most 5 star hotels do. The breakfast was very impressive and of very high quality, service was fast and polite. I must say I was very impressed by the honesty of the room cleaning staff as I forgot cash and my blackberry phones a couple of times on the table totally unaware and was surprised to find them in the room. Overall I rate the hotel very highly, and may return even though I prefer smaller boutique hotels. I will however recommend it to friends and family. Did I add that I love the pink pens and accessories!

Excellent location, wonderful premises and comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Luxury hotel in a good location. Compares well with other luxury hotels I have used in London. Would consider it again for my next stay in London. Has a luxury feel without being too stuffy.

Only criticism I would make is that I think the breakfast should be served in a dining room environment rather than the lounge. Some of the tables are not suited to a hot buffet breakfast - sofa and low table.

The hotel is fantastic, it exceeded my expectations. All the staff were extremely polite and attended to all requests promptly. I would stay there again as the location is also great. My room was beautiful and very large, more like a suite.

The service at breakfast was a little slow despite it not being very busy at the time.

The ambience, the quality of the decor, the first class service, the hotel bar, the Artisan has a great atmosphere and we ate at the Roux at the Landau, the food and service were excellent.

The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The decor is relaxing and luxurious.

There was a used razor head on the floor in the corridor outside a room.
