Los desayunos caros para no tener buen café, ni zumos naturales

Es el mejor hotel en el que he estado en Londres ,gran parte debido al tipo de habitación .Era una habitación" club langham" con desayuno incluido y entrada libre al club para el te y aperitivos tarde/noche. Maravillosos restaurante y bar de copas Artesian.

Estuvimos en la habitación 640, es urgente la renovación de los baños ya que no corresponden a la categoria del hotel. Supongo que habrá otras habitaciones con el baño reformado.

Ubicación inmejorable en el centro de Londres. Habitación muy amplia y agradable. Personal de buen trato. En general una estancia muy cómoda y recomendable.

Esperaba más del Hall y salones de entrada del Hotel. Algunas habitaciones pueden tener algo de vistas a un muro, pero nos cambiaron sin problema.

Es perfecto. Personal profesional, eficiente , responsable y calido. Sus instalaciones exquisitas y perfectamente mantenidas. Su servicio a las habitaciones ejemplarmente eficiente.

The staff were terrific and very helpful in directing us to some great restaurants. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The drinks at the bar were rather expensive (15 pounds for a mixed drink)

We had a standard room and it was much bigger than we were expecting. Very much enjoyed staying in such a luxurious feeling hotel. Ordering room service, they already knew the room number and who was calling, as they greated you by name. For the baby, they provided an actual cot, not just a travel cot.

Minibar automatically detected what was taken. Not so good when you have a 3 year old that likes chocolate and keeps taking things out the fridge. Room service food quality average. Bed, although large, was two singles pushed together.

Wonderful service, extremely polite staff and a very nice room for a reasonable price. The hotel also had several great facilities and the food was excellent!I loved the spagetti carbonara.

A complete nightmare nothing I would expect from a '5star' hotel. We were upgraded to a club room exact same as a double classic a little bigger. Room not cleaned properly, we were on the top floor, as it was a new part to the building we got lost several times. None of the club room facilities were available to us- something the reception failed to explain to us. We had twin beds with single duvets even after I directly called the hotel to make sure we had a double bed. We made do until it was time to shower. I can not fathom how a five star hotel would have so much body hair left in the tub and shower. I was mortified. I would get better cleanliness in a lodge or b & B. We ordered room service past 12am. The food came up freezing cold and the bread rolls were rock hard. We called to cancel the chef came up and was severely patronising saying it was 45 degrees and he could eat all the bread rolls we did not call for an argument just an acknowledgment that the food was wrong. I spoke to the reception in the morning I was told again the food was 45 degrees. The person that he needs to give the feedback to is sleeping - what has this got to do with me?? And that I wouldn't be charged like this was supposed to make me happy! It wasn't a question of money I'm sorry but we will be getting in touch with the general manager of the hotel for this to be further investigated. My stay was ruined we often stay in city hotels to be frank we have paid half the price and received twice the service

Location was fab,luxury of hotel was fab,rooms were spacious and home from home,

A bit to stuffy posh, they need to get rid of the stiff upper lip and chill out a bit to make it a cooler place for the younger professional

Excellent location, spacious rooms, great hotel.

I arrived late on the only night of my stay just in order to find a receipt posted through my rooms door. All nice and lovely if it wasn't for the fact that amount shown on the receipt was way higher than the price shown on my booking and by the hotel staff upon my arrival. The receptionist refused to check the paperwork and told me to print off the booking.com confirmation at ridicoulous-o-clock in the morning. Not-so-five-star-standard!
