The location was perfect for our requirements.The staff were friendly and efficient and allowed us to check in early which was very useful. The hotel is bright and cheerful and they serve an excellent breakfast.

The Staff were very good and helpful, and i would for sure stay again They did not have any red wine or brandy at the bar they should stock the bar much better

Checking out Extremely noisy from traffic, room very hot and stuffy horrible smell in room and public areas, thick dust on tops of the curtains, mould all over shower cubicle, springs coming through the mattress, the hotel is so bad we decided not to have breakfast so can not comment on that except for a horrible smell of hot fat in the room at 6am.

Great friendly service , lovely place to stay , excellent shower big spacious rooms Windows needed sorting but was already informed about this so cant complain. Maybe do breakfast a little later than 9

The breakfast was great and having off street parking is really good. The full digital service on the TV is so much better than most places. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend this to people. We would definitley stay there again. The product used to clean the bathroom is very pungent. Also, the water on the shower was too hot; it should really be lower as it could burn some-one.

Michael met.us as a late arrival and was very friendly professional. Breakfast was great value and a good variety. The rooms were very clean and due to an appointment cancellation we asked to stay a second night but the hotel was fully booked. At lunch time Michael phoned us as he had a cancellation and offered us another nights stay. All in all great people great food great place recommend to Amy one to try. There was nothing to dislike

Good value for money. Walking distance to the city centre. Nice room at the back, overlooking the Racecourse Park and due East for a great sunrise. The museum is good, history of shoes is fascinating. Nothing.

the price we paid 45 with breafest was worth it . family run the lady was lovely very good manars.2u all thanks.gordon lesley i did miss the turning 4 the car park 2 the hotel quite small and hidden .but thas about it.

Staff very helpful. Good breakfast Main issue was the bed. There was a thick plastic matress cover: made it uncomfortable & resulted in a poor nights sleep.

Friendly Staff,clean hotel Good portion of english breakfast but not hot enough,buffet service could be considered. Also i was put at the last end of the rooms heating was low.Otherwise keep it up.

I was welcomed warmly and by people who behaved like 'people who really care about you personally' I am a traveller and need genuine people to give me direction and help in any city I visit. The friendliness of the Bingham, is genuine. Fab breakfast, by the way... There was nothing that I was displeased with. Nothing at all.

Staff were friendly and room size was reasonable The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep in. The shower was very ineffective and the water was luke warm at best. The breakfast was definitely quantity based rather than quality
