We liked everything!
Secure parking. Facilities in room. Wifi Brilliant breakfasts! Value for money. Location. Decor in vg condition. Comfort. bathroom. Efficiency.
Walls v thin - could hear next door's tv to the extent we couldn't hear ours! Door lock! Room 7. Possibly broken?
Nice breakfast, comfortable room, high-speed wi-fi,
broken windows however there was a notification stating that's temporary. Stuff wasn't always kind.
Location was near to where we were visiting. The breakfast was very good. On site parking behind hotel.
The bathroom was in need of a makeover and there was mould around the shower tray. The furnishings in the room were drab.
Friendly family run hotel. Only ten minutes walk from town centre and two minutes from a large park. Free secure parking. Brilliant breakfast no need to eat again until evening.
Communal driveway to car park has a few potholes
Great Breakfast good staff, Great location. One of the best city hotels for value for money I've stayed in,
Towels were a bit worn.
Breakfast was very good, and it was fairly near our desternation.
We were in a very noisy room on the front, the radiator in the bathroom was on all the time which was very hot when trying to sleep.
the breakfast, staff nice and friendly, although we only seen two. had a mini fridge, price was ok i guess as this was the first time visiting area.
rooms dirty, bedding dusty washed out and torn, curtains dusty and dirty, broken seals on windows made road traffic noise loud, not all lights worked, no bulbs in, had mobility problems and was put up stairs, en-suite was very old and dirty, shower being blocked and filled up quickly, got 1 little tube of shower gel for 2 people, towels were all torn and raggy round ends, parking was up a dark tight alley with pot hole craters, which has damaged my car, ( JAGUAR X TYPE), right on traffic lights of a one way road with speeding camera looking at you. list is endless
room was very nice, spacious and comfortable the breakfast was excellent all staff were very helpful and pleasant lovely family run hotel I would happily stay here again
windows wouldn't close properly but they are doing their best to sort this issue out
Free wifi, free breakfast, iron, ironing board, kettle, flatscreen tv, fridge in the room, wasn't expecting this all for such a low price
A bit dodgy neighbourhood
Plenty of food available for breakfast, but they should know what scrambled eggs are and it is not an omelette!
Hair dryer NOT working - one bedside light with no bulb!! No access to car park later at night., and not being told this would happen. Room telephone not working. Very dated soft furnishings, and bathroom needed updating and temperature control on shower would be good.
The location 5 minutes walk from the town. Loads of food at breakfast, including full English. Free wi fi everywhere. Free parking always useful.
Mattresses on beds could do with being replaced. Items are starting to show some wear and tear.
Location, secure parking, Breakfast excellent. Fair price.
The shower was very dirty and water sprinkling from the ceiling(?)
limited wifi beds too short and small dirty bathroom
Height restriction on car park not told about
Has everything in the room including a small fridge which was handy, the internet was okay. Didn't get chance to to check out the breakfast as I have to leave early every day.
Some of the showers don't appear to have temperature control (some do) so the water can be a bit hot for me.
The breakfast was excellent.
A full English breakfast and a spacious twin room for £40 a night is very good value.
It was very hot in the rooms, although I understand the hotel is in the process of sorting the windows.
The family room was spacious and very comfortable. Biscuits to greet you in your room. The bathroom is a good size with a big shower space. Linen on the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. A happy customer! Staff were kind and made us feel welcomed.
A bit dated but it is clean.
Dirty rooms.toilet unhygienic. Horrible plastic sheet on bed in hot weather!!furniture to big for room .no wi fi.car park an assault course full of pot holes.got a nail in tyre. Single glazed windows.please turn round and go to another hotel.
The breakfast was terrific.
No note of the wi-if in the room. The reception was not manned.
Basically, it was cheap.
Plumbing could have been better.
The room was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding.
I didn't like the fact there wasn't a night porter for a late check-in and had to make a 28mile round trip to collect a key.
Price, friendly staff, very comfy bed. There's a good Indian restaurant a couple of minutes walk away that allows you to bring in you own drinks (and an off license just round the corner!)
Shower cubicle could do with a refurb. Would have been nice to have tomato and mushrooms in the full English breakfast. Car parking is tight, with last cars in blocking those already in the park.
