The Lansdowne Hotel  

Courteousl when I checked in, provided parking permit, and later advice re getting into town.

Bed was unstable and uncomfortable. Breakfast was unapetising; single slice of toast; single tea bag in pot, scrabled eggs lacked colour and flavour.

Friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. The room was lovely very clean and comfortable. Great price great location great people would recommend to others.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The Hotel was in an excellent position right in the town.Rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels provided on a daily basis. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

The only downside was the parking. Car park is off a junction with traffic lights. Only 5 spaces. On road resident passes are provided though and we had to park one night (Saturday) on the road.

My room was lovely. Well decorated, bot not too much. The whole place was very clean. The cooked breakfast was served fresh and very hot. All round excellent.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Good location, downtown is a short walking distance. Free parking ticket was given in case we can't park in the inner parking area.

Parking place is limited but we always found one.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room size good, quiet. Adult son had single room with which he was pleased. Breakfast nice. Location for town centre, brilliant. Leamington has some super restaurants, very close by.

On return visit 2 nights later given a room over main street--it was very noisy. Toiletries for bathrooms sparse.

the room was on the small side but had its own shower,toilet,and hand basin the towels were great the room very clean and best of all the bed was very comfortable and yes the breakfast was spot on.

I like the fact it was clean and tidy had all the facilities I needed for a night.

I stayed in the upper floor - I liked the character of the room and also the welcoming sitting room on the ground floor. Parking facilities excellent. Lovely staff

I couldn't fault the hotel, it was extremely clean and all the staff couldn't do enough for me. If i was to visit Leamington Spa again, i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. In fact whilst i was staying i recommended the hotel to one of my colleagues who was lucky enough to get a room and also said he couldn't fault the hotel.

There wasnt anything i didnt like. My room was small but adequate and spotlessly clean.

Room 9 good and i would stay there again but needs better lock on door. No real complaints really and I don't look for them

Ideal location at the heart of Leamington Spa shopping. Excellent home cooked breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

For a tall man, top rooms cramped. Car parking tight, but location made up for it.
