The fact they went out of their way to find one of their own parking spaces that they have dotted around and about near the hotel and went with you to show you were to park, very friendly staff , rooms basic bit warm and cosy , breakfast very well organized staff and the food very nice
Location Bar Area Staff
The rooms are dated and small. I felt that it was overpriced for what you got
staff friendly good location nice room clean towels everyday
The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable
The walls are really thin and you can hear the people in the next room snoring
ideal location, really friendly helpful staff who met all our needs and helped us book into other local attractions. great parking facilities and very clean hotel.
Shabby rooms with paper off walls
Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good.
The toilet and shower room.were very small. Shower cubicle was a little dated and again very tiny.
double bed comfortable
very noisy some staff not that welcoming to us
Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
Television not working in bedroom - no WIFI and one of the beds you could feel the springs.
Staff were very friendly and location was good parking was a bonus
Only put fair for cleanliness as shower tray chipped and toilet stained making them look unclean the curtains and bed linen smelt of smoke obviously we were given smoking rooms which we didn't know existed anymore
Pleasant, polite and helpful staff. Parking. Location. Good breakfast, variety of cereals including porridge and grapefruit. Orange juice, tea and coffee served at table. Fresh toast plentiful. Extremely clean linen in the dining room i.e. napkins table cloths and runners. Towels changed daily. Refurbishment obvious and work in progress. Any problems were addressed promptly.
No television reception in room due to the high winds. This was resolved on the last day. Wifi barely available although box was in close vicinity. Bedroom door didn't lock properly - partly resolved but needed to double check when leaving room. However when in room others could just open the door from the corridor. Carpets shabby with rips in places. One stair case had unsafe bannister.
Didn't explain what to do at breakfast
