The location is excellent for shopping and sightseeing and very convenient for transport: the National Express coach station to Stansted is round the corner and the tube is very very close. Clean and very comfortable, traditional British admosphere, excellent restaurant, very helpful staff. We got upgraded from the three deluxe rooms we had booked to a lovely, quiet, fully equipped three room apartment with four bathrooms, kitchen and living room located just opposite the hotel The only downside was that the electronic keys to the apartment needed to be replaced nearly every time we used them. We were told that keeping them in our bags close to our mobiles ruined them, but they didn't work even when there was no electronic or magnetic interference |

It is a very comfortable hotel, in an elegant Georgian building, very conveniently located off Oxford Street in a quiet, street. Its small size gives an intimate and personal feel to it, and the staff were friendly without being intrusive. |

convenient location; ambience of lobby/bar I think that the time has passed when guests mhave to pay for internet service in their rooms. I will probably not stay there again, if they continue charging the ridiculous rates for internet service in the room. It is free in the lobby, but that is really minimal compensation for the charge in the room. |

The atmosphere was exellent, we felt us very welcome and staff and service was exellent - we will be back next time we are in London, where our son lives. |

Smallest room that I have ever stayed in. I could not have spent any time in the room other than sleeping and even when I was in bed I felt the room was extremley small. |

Les décors du hall, les deux cheminées et les canapés. Les toilettes du rez de chaussée sont très bien. La situation géographique aussi. La literie est trop ancienne. Nous avons senti les ressorts, des grincements et le matelas est mou et incurvé. |

La décoration de la chambre, les services de l'hôtel et sa situation géographique proche d'un parc et d'un hôtel. Nous étions dans une chambre au 2eme étage. Et nous avons entendu le voisin du dessus déambuler toute la nuit. L'isolation phonique entre les étages est à revoir. |

Un hotel encantador con una excelente situación. Tiene una curiosa atmosfera que invita a la tranquilidad y a sentirse a gusto, algo que se agradece si se tiene en cuenta que a unos pocos pasos se encuentra la bulliciosa y divertida Oxford Street. El personal es muy atento y el bar realmente agradable. Quien se aloje en el hotel debe saber que el ascensor no llega a la quinta planta, por lo que si su habitación está situada en dicho piso, tendrá que bajar en la cuarta planta y a continuación subir por una escalera adyacente, lo cual puede resultar molesto si se lleva mucho equipaje o bolsas. |

Très bon accueil personnel stylé et professionel, hotel très bien situé pour faire du shopping à Londres et accès aisé aux stations de métro, chambres spacieuses et parfaitement équipées 15 bp pour un petit déjeuner buffet en plus du prix de la chambre ça devient assez cher - ok c'est Londres et le rapport gb / euro est favorable alors ça passe encore |
