The staff were helpful, the restaurant/bar downstairs was fabulous to come back to after being out all day to have a drink, coffee/tea and dinner, breakfast. The staff were fabulous and only to happy to help you with any need or request The rooms were too small for our luggage but we managed.

Tlh is an excellent hotel, it feels more a family run hotel, staff were friendly and helpfull, the room was clean, extremely comfortable with good sound proofing, fantastic position, highly recommended. Be warned the tlh lift does not reach the top floor, there are 18 steps up and 4 steps down for room 589, might be a problem for the less abled.

The room was very spacious and well appointed. Decor was lovely. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The standard of food was poor. For the prices I would have expected much better. Also had difficulty having unsatisfactory room service items taken off the bill.

Excellent location, walking distance to the shopping malls on Oxford Street. Incoming calls on the hotel line into my room were regularly not answered at all or wrongly directed to the wrong place

Not a single thing. Not what is advertised on the website, staff do not greed. They didn't want to order a taxi and told to walk around the corner and find one myself. Rooms on 5 floor very noisy, you can hear everything from next door.

I liked the open fires, the cosy feel of the entrance with the lounge area and elegant drapes. I was very dissapointed with the room. We paid for a deluxe room and when I looked on the internet there were two types of room. They looked like they offered a 5* room and then by contrast an attic room which is drab, no matching furniture which is chipped and worn, drab bedding, upholstery and where it looked like it needed revamping. The dining area was small and the staff looked like they didn't enjoy there job and were glum looking. We had an evening meal which was lovely but there was no atmosphere in the room and it didn't help we were the only diners. The cocktail drink I had was undrinkable so I had to reorder a drink, no appologies were received.

The Hotel is close to shopping areas such as Oxford & Edgware roads. 1- In the beginning the hotel staff gave us small room than we booked and they claim that it is same size. But when I show them the picture of the room I booked, then they rechecked and gave us same as what I requested. This means that they are not honest. 2- You can hear the foot step of the people living above you because it made of wood and there is a not noise protection facility.

Location & Staff Also they had good tea option on the room Good food from the room service. It is not value for money. High rate for this hotel. They do not clean the room and kept the used towls The Internet was too expensive it should enclude room rate. Rooms are too small. First day we arrive the elvotor was not working and our room was on the fifth floor I felt sorry for the poor gay who had to carry our bags to the room If it was cheaper it would be more accepted and it would be recommend it from my side.

I had an average stay at the hotel. The location, service, and cleanliness were of good quality. However, on the last 3 days of our stay the elevator was not working. My wife and I had a very hard time getting to our 4th floor room with our shopping bags.

A big fat zero ........a real trap when you book non-refundable.....my wife and sons wanted to check out only five minutes after we checked in although they knew there will be no refund....we stayed in what they call a grand suite 75 sq meters...so miserable..the worst experience of my life...can't think of something good...i am going to avoid london the next few years to be able to get through that terrible experience .. What I did not like about this terrible hotel is simply that it exists...omg....there must come a soon earthquake!!!

Excellent situated close to the shopping district and with buses and tube available within few minutes walk. Nice and helpful front desk staff alway ready for assistance. The luxuary room was a suit and gave a homelike feeling. A hotel of that class should have free wifi. Being in UK I think the bar should serve english beer.

“Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. Room was very pleasant at 8th floor, calm and light. Comfortable beds, clean floor carpet and good space. Nice, clean bathroom. Elegant reception area with sofa groups. Enjoyed the breakfast and a good dinner meal at the hotel in the evenings. All hotel staff members we met were professional and very friendly. Thistle Marble Arch a natural choice next time visiting London.” Liv, Hommersåk |
