Un hotel encantador con una excelente situación. Tiene una curiosa atmosfera que invita a la tranquilidad y a sentirse a gusto, algo que se agradece si se tiene en cuenta que a unos pocos pasos se encuentra la bulliciosa y divertida Oxford Street. El personal es muy atento y el bar realmente agradable. Quien se aloje en el hotel debe saber que el ascensor no llega a la quinta planta, por lo que si su habitación está situada en dicho piso, tendrá que bajar en la cuarta planta y a continuación subir por una escalera adyacente, lo cual puede resultar molesto si se lleva mucho equipaje o bolsas. |

Smallest room that I have ever stayed in. I could not have spent any time in the room other than sleeping and even when I was in bed I felt the room was extremley small. |

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff-they were all very good and very accomodating, from the receptionists to the maid and especially the doorman. Price was somewhat fair though the breakfast possibly should have been included within the price paid for the room to compete with other local hotels and appartments that other people on my course stayed with/at. |

very convieniently located, the staff is very friendly and courteous. the deluxe room was spaciuos and comfortable. 1.bathroom could be better. 2.Breakfast should be laid from 6.30am |

Location, room size and comfort, decor, and ambience. Despite the service issues mentioned below, the hotel has many charms and the rates on offer were good for the room type and the area. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, and but for the service issues I would be able to recommend the hotel strongly for location, ambience, and value. Several service failures or oversights - e.g., the first night the sofa bed was not made up, another night turndown service skipped over our room, one day an empty container of crisps was left on a table and we were charged for it - reception was accommodating about removing it from our bill, but it was very odd since the container had not been there when we left that morning, wifi problems, etc. |

The reception area was very nice and the fascade of the hotel was lovely. My room was very small single near the lift - was clean but did not have an opportunity to avail of any other services. I had to ring looking for directions late in evening and person involved could not really help me even though I was on a street very close to the hotel |

Très bon accueil personnel stylé et professionel, hotel très bien situé pour faire du shopping à Londres et accès aisé aux stations de métro, chambres spacieuses et parfaitement équipées 15 bp pour un petit déjeuner buffet en plus du prix de la chambre ça devient assez cher - ok c'est Londres et le rapport gb / euro est favorable alors ça passe encore |
