the 2 bedroom apartment was great, sofa bed a little lumpy tho!
Be careful if booking for a group of Adults. There were 5 adults in out party. The suite option isn't a great choice 3 beds in the living room and only 1 bathroom accessed via the bedroom
We stayed in a classic room which was nicely furnished comfortable bed with the traveller in mind iron ironing board etc mini bar if required good sized bathroom with the added luxury of bathrobe and slippers
Breakfast was expensive but on recomendation from other hotel guest's there were cafes in the area which did very good English breakfasts from 5.99 which we enjoyed
The location of the hotel is perfect. It's on a quiet street, but just a block from the Marble Arch Tube stop, and all of the bus stops. The hotel itself is very comfortable, warm and friendly and tastefully decorated. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I had breakfast there just once (eggs benedict) and it wasn't that great and was a bit pricey
People at reception and every where in the hotel are very friendly I felt at home.
My room was at the 5th floor and elevator is only till 4tg floor and the left stairs are very steep and hard to use if u are shopping and carying luggage up and dawn. Hopefully I changed it same day if my arrival other than that the hotel and workers are supper nice
The location is great
I had no hot water & the staff were not apologetic. For the price of the room i would expect a more comfortable stay with a larger room.
The staff were all charming and most helpful and looked genuinely surprised and grateful when tipped. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The location was fantastic, 2 mins walk from Selfridges and or a tube station. The full breakfast was truly a revelation. Freshly squeezed juice (that was genuinely freshly squeezed!) - everything was delicious from the fresh fruit with home made yoghurt, to the full English. We loitered over this breakfast and agreed it was the best we'd ever had in a hotel. When we checked out we were given a bottle of water for our journey. These people really set out to make sure that their guests are happy and well looked after, and we are testimony to this! Well done The Leonard!
Nothing! It was charming!
all things are really nice. I will definitely choose here next time. Good location, next to both us embassy and oxford street. I got upgrade to a fairly large room with really nice service, just worth the money. Highly recommended.
Everything of the hotel and the stuff were very nice.
Great Staff! Good Location Good size room Everything you need for a central London hotel.
If you like very modern hotels then this is not for you. The hotel is very comfy but the decoration is tired, but this added to its charm for me
location elegant antique furniture lovely staff great location easy to find comfortable sky TV wifi throughout
Friendly Staff comfortable surroundings
Fantastic Service...great location...luxury rooms!
Second staff member fixed TV quickly Staff pretty friendly Great location Good value
TV didn't work at one point Parking an additional expense, though 25% off at local Car Park Upper rooms a little small
The staff were Great very friendly nothing was too much trouble. The position of the hotel is very good for shopping ,tube and to get around London.
The room we had was very tired and could do with a refurbishment. How ever the staff did offer us to move to another room but too tired and un packed at the time.Sorry we did not move.Problems with Wi-FI however I'm informed it is being sorted out.
Location good food, nice atmosphere
Very attentive staff - really seemed to care
Nothing, all good
Location Entrance Reception
Room was a shoe box
Great location and the staff could not do enough even sorting sandwiches out when I got in late.
I was staying on the 5th floor and you could hear the fan from the bathroom next door which was really noisy. Also no lift direct to 5th floor as you had to go to the 4th and then walk up the stairs which was not pointed out when we checked in.
No internet or very weak internet will make me not go back again
Location was excellent for shopping staff friendly
A little faded but added to charm!
Good location, nice room, good people
Need to improve the seating around the bar area. But I am being picky
It is our fourth and definitely not the last stay - so, there is nothing to add.
I loved the interiour and the homey feeling it gives. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time.
I didnt like that the lift is up to the 4th floor and we had to take the stairs to the 5th. Also the room sizes are pretty small. And that they sent the service man to fix something in the room at 1 am without even giving us a call first!! That was super scary!
Location cleanliness bed comfort quite Nice English setting
Room size way too small Expensive WiFi option Smallest bathroom ever
If you are in london for shopping and theatres the location is fantastic. Oxford Street 2 minutes walk, West end and Soho 10 minute taxi. The hotel and staff were extremely helpful.
The Air con in our original room did not work and 5 he room was very hot and stuffy. The room was changed immediately.
