Friendly staff, clean room, Elemis toiletries and good restaurant
Nothing not to like
Staff were excellent in all ways. Friendly polite and prompt.
It was an excellent stay, absolutely no complaints. It is getting a little worn at the edges but really liked the warm welcoming decor.
The staff here are super - very professional but show an interest in their guests which makes one feel welcome.
The wifi was irritating - had to keep renters g the codes.
The Location is very good. Room was cosy and clean.
Fantastic staff. Good location
Room a bit small
Atmosphere and character the main bed extremely comfortable
The sofa bed is at all uncomfortable contrary to main bed, suggest you look at it to have more comfortable mattresses which are quite thin
Very pleasant helpful welcoming staff. I felt they knew me when they greeted me
Shower water temperature was uncontrollable. Ranging from boiling to freezing by itself
Great staff and service, fantastic location, comfortable hotel. Would recommend to a friend.
Staff were most helpful
Wifi was a bit hit and miss
friendly staff prefect location clean room The new Quebec street just in front of the hotel with amazing little cafe and nice restaurants
Location and hotel prices
Easy walking to Oxford and Regent street shopping Friendliness of staff
This is our second time at The Leonard Hotel and for good reasons - The staff are always very friendly and warm, the location is perfect, just a stroll away from Marble Arch station which can take you to most parts of London by tube. Its just round the corner from Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Easy walking distance to Edgware Road if you are looking for Halal food/restaurants. Most of all, I love the English quaintness of The Leonard, especially the lounge at the fireplace. We will be back.
I think TV needs upgrading. The layout of the beds perhaps. Should increase their menu options.
Great location, very comfortable bed, would definitely come back here!
Fairly small room although this didn't matter as we were hardly in there.
The cost and the location.
The comfort of the room and cleanliness needs improving.
Reception staff is really helpful and polite, impressed by how all questions was dealt. Need to admit that this is the best staff round the hotel, as management and housekeeping seemed poor. Fantastic location if you visiting for shopping
Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Hair and cleaning liquid on walls. Needed to ask twice for room to be re-cleaned. Really poor management reaction. Old styles room!
Great location and helpful staff
The shower in my room was problematic
I am a regular guest at The Leonard Hotel. My family and I enjoy every time our stay in that hotel. The staff are so respectful and friendly. Also the size of their rooms are comfortable compared to other hotels in London. Additionally, it is located in the heart of one of the best tourist places in London. Indeed, I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.
The staff were very helpful
Location was fabulous! Walking distance to many fun things to do! Great with two bedroom apartment for a party of four. Free wifi
The apartment was very dated and in need of a refurbishment. It's an old house so the floor tilt a little. A cheep way of feeling drunk You can hear your neighbours above. Had to pick up password for wifi in the lobby. Expensive breakfast. Better eat breakfast across the street at daisy green. Be aware of the taxi prices when you make reservations in the lobby. We got to diverted prices one one 75 pounds and the other on 96 pounds. From hotel to Heathrow. Quite a difference.... 75 was reasonable since we had a lot of luggage :) Don't have afternoon tea there. Saw it. They served teapots with a tea bag .... I do recommend the connough for afternoon tea! An other league...
Location, value, nearby parking
the 2 bedroom apartment was great, sofa bed a little lumpy tho!
Be careful if booking for a group of Adults. There were 5 adults in out party. The suite option isn't a great choice 3 beds in the living room and only 1 bathroom accessed via the bedroom
We stayed in a classic room which was nicely furnished comfortable bed with the traveller in mind iron ironing board etc mini bar if required good sized bathroom with the added luxury of bathrobe and slippers
Breakfast was expensive but on recomendation from other hotel guest's there were cafes in the area which did very good English breakfasts from 5.99 which we enjoyed
The location of the hotel is perfect. It's on a quiet street, but just a block from the Marble Arch Tube stop, and all of the bus stops. The hotel itself is very comfortable, warm and friendly and tastefully decorated. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I had breakfast there just once (eggs benedict) and it wasn't that great and was a bit pricey
People at reception and every where in the hotel are very friendly I felt at home.
My room was at the 5th floor and elevator is only till 4tg floor and the left stairs are very steep and hard to use if u are shopping and carying luggage up and dawn. Hopefully I changed it same day if my arrival other than that the hotel and workers are supper nice
