location spacious, well equipped apartment friendly young man on reception prompt service when a problem occurred cleanliness comfort free upgrade!
large deposit wasn't made clear on booking difficulty getting into underground car park wasn't told about free breakfast at all, so couldn't take advantage
Initially booked a 2 bedroom apartment but we were given a free upgrade to a penthouse upon arrival. Lovely, spacious apartment with amazing night time views and extremely comfortable beds! Also only a short walk to Piccadilly Gardens and plenty of places to eat which was great as we were working long days during our visit.
Apartment nice enough, central to everything.
On check in I was asked for my debit card and paid for my 2 nights, girl on reception told me that the hotel takes an extra 2 nights payment as insurance. This I didnt mind as is the norm in some hotels, she told me it would be returned within 3 days,.I went sat-mon.Thinking to myself I would have my €250 back by thurs, giving them 3 working days, not just 3 days, which would of been tues.Anyway today is Fridayand no sign? Just rang hotel to be told that I wont get back for 2 WEEKS as I live in Dublin, and banks are different. Find this a joke, so make sure if you are staying in hotel u ask and maybe get in writing about return of funds within 3days.
Great location views and decor
Great central location and views; clean and comfortable rooms, attentive staff. Very much recommended.
location was very good, staffs are great especially Linda one of the staff
They did not change my bed sheet for 2 weeks I was there; also I had to remind them to clean my apartment.
Bed is very uncomfortable , heating, tv were not working, asked for a new room we got one with the same issues, asked for another one and we needed to wait for an hour to get one and this was at midnight...we left the hotel the next morning
The rooms are in need of a good clean and upgrade. Done on the cheap
bit worn but not in room much so didn't matter - comfy bed
Living room was the best thing about the place. Nice entrance and foyer area.
We were staying in the executive one bedroom. The size of the bed was noticeably rather small on first appearance. However after sleeping on it my feet overhung the end of the bed which is telling for an average height man of 6ft. After asking if any bigger beds were available we were informed that all the beds were the same size. Also the bathroom area wasn't as clean as most hotels. And the kitchen utensils were not clean to hygienic standards. Other than those two things it was ok.
- Location is very central and right in amongst Northern Quarter - Great views (if you have a head for heights) - Good reduced room rate
- Living area was quite small for a 'deluxe' flat - On site parking was expensive and was 'full' when we arrived - No bar / restaurant area as in some other Manchester Aparthotels (though you are right in Northern Quarter so plenty of local options) - No corkscrew! - £200 pre-authorisation seems a little steep - though I suspect they have a lot of 'party' guests so maybe justified
Good location, staff friendly near by to centre
Parking is a rip off!
Very nice appartment which have perfect location, room size, facilities, parking, friendely staff, ...
The hotel does not have restaurant.
Brilliant location with great views of the city! Staff are helpful and polite and the apartment was very clean and was well equipped!
£200 deposit not paid straight back into account after stay which is unfortunate, it is a lot of money to go without until it is processed
Looking a bit tired, tiles smashed in bathroom, laminate flooring had big gaps, beds were very small and second bedroom was a box room not enough room for two people to get ready at all
The service from staff and quality of apartment were brilliant, excellent location and superb views across the city centre and much cheaper than a hotel. Recommended
Needed more milk for morning tea and coffee but let's face it, if that's my biggest moan it's excellent
Location was great for shopping.
Paid for an executive apartment. Only had double beds not king size, and we're quite uncomfortable. Out shower was quite dirty and the tiles were full of limscale. No added extras like free toiletries that would would expected from a 4* hotel if similar price. For the price that we paid I expected more. I would recommend a 4* hotel over this apartment. Reception staff were also quite rude.
Stayed previously. Knew the standard.
Deposit amount. Wouldn't stay again because of that and ir wasn't clearly stated on the booking
My fiancé an our two friends stayed here at the weekend to attend WHP. The apartments are really modern and luxurious in a great location. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the view from the balcony was amazing. Would definitely recommend an will definitlely stay here again in the future.
The apartment was very clean and everything seemed to work as it should. The staff where extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartments are also in a very good location, about a 10mins walk to the station.
Lifts where always being occupied by the cleaners, so often took awhile to get the lift to the room. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, mattress was too hard. Also might be worth telling the handy man not to start hammering things in the opposite between the hrs of 8 to 10 am as guest actually might still be sleeping.
Very Central with great views over the city. Staff very accommodating.
Arriving at the hotel I was advised they was 200 pound wavier that would be lifted from my account however they lifted 389 and then in the morning took a further 189 from my account and now advising they will only be putting back 200 so I will be 189 out of pocket also this took me over drawn when calling they blamed the bank after speaking to the bank they advised that they should have lifted 200 and taken 189 separately. However when calling the reception three times when they finally answered the phone by mat he explained he needed to get manager to call me back the next day which did not happen so I called again to speak to chris who advised they was nothing they could do and they are not in the wrong for lifting more ect and said they haven’t and advising he had been on the call with me for twnty mins going round and round nothing he could do so had no care in the world that I was out of pocket I said if you not willing to help I will have to go back to booking.com and take legal action he then advised I can do what I want but they will do nothing In ten day’s time when if the 389 drop back in my bank this will show that they have done this wrong which I advised him he then said Evan if that happens nothing they will do so I will be suffering the bank charges and struggles with no money for two weeks and nothing they will do. So a break that meant to cost me £189 as advertised on booking.com leaves me currently 389 pounds short. I EVAN QUESTION ALL THIS ON RECEPTION AND THEY SAID NO MORE WOULD COME OUT JUST THE WAVIER TO DROP BACK IN WHICH WAS A LIE !!!!
The style of the apartment was good; modern fittings and was kept to a high standard
The way the staff treated us as we came in. My friend and i had just come from a stag do paintball session; we were looking to get in and have a shower asap. The receptionist looked down on us and asked for a £200 deposit up front. I have never been to a hotel where they have asked for a deposit, let alone one thats more than the cost of the room! It was purely based on assumption that we would trash the room due to the way we were dressed after paintball. She claimed this was made clear during booking, which it WAS NOT. For this fact alone i will never use this hotel again. Change your staff or change your policy.
Everything was as it should be so did not need to bother the staff at all. Hotel very close to shopping centres, pubs, trams etc.
Windows very dirty. Pity as the view was so good.
Apartment concept Stunning Views Freedom of choice re eating options/ space of apartment Situated in the heart of the city
Car park, very difficult to manoeuvre especially with a large vehicle, very ltd space. Lift was very old and in need of maintenance, if out of order climbing stairs with luggage not a good option. Weekends noisy with large parties of hen/stag
