Breakfast was outstanding fantastic choice
Bed was very hard. I didn't get much sleep. No staff present when I checked in had to find someone. Superior room was very poorly finished. Some of the furniture was old and ideally needed replacement
The food was excellent, for breakfast , and evening meal, food cooked to order so very fresh.Lovely views of the sea.
The bedrooms are being renovated, the sea view room we had even though it had been renovated seemed to have not been finished. the paper was peeling off the wall behind the radiator and the sink plug did not work in the bathroom. It just seemed as if it had been rushed. It would not put us off going back there
Staff were very friendly, warm welcome. Food in restaurant was excellent - we had a lovely meal. Breakfast was particularly good. Location superb, wonderful view.
The room was a big disappointment, especially when it wasn't the room pictured after we booked on line, which we had assumed was the room we had booked. It was small, lacked space to sit and relax and had only one bedside table and no bedside light. The bathroom was good, however.
Fantastic views acrros bay with incredable sunset. Nice areas to sit in and relax. Excellent nights sleep no disturbance. Menu choice and food amazing Staff really helpful and pleasant and happy to go out of their way to assist you. 1 mile from main town centre Will definately return.
Really disappointed in that we did not get chance to use the resturant which was not open during our stay opened from Wednesday to Sunday lunch. Room was lovely with beatiful en suite but no toilet roll holder, no shelf actually in shower. Toilet seat loose. Decoration not fully finished example 2 doors not painted. Wardrobe looked nice but not practical. Shame
VG breakfasts and helpful staff. It was a clean place to stay.
There were significant attempts to update and modernise the place. This needs finishing. So, eg many lightbulbs needed replacing
location, staff very helpful, food good rooms clean and tidy great views from the bedroom will return in the near future.
A bit shabby In places but could see work ongoing. The food was perfect. Plate had a big chip on it we did say when checking out. News paper left down stairs.
The bedding was lovely and fresh and clean.
Although the bathroom was very up to date there was no space in it at all for toiletries, toothbrushes etc. and no holder for the toilet roll even!
very disappointed at £80 per night for b@b poor value breakfast not up to standard room small a lot of unfinished work that needs doing don't recommend this hotel at 4star rating to be fare 2star would be more like it m.t.hough burton on trent,.
Great food at the restaurant, excellent location with seaview rooms. Staff were very friendly.
Quality is inconsistent, rooms not decorated to a high standard, window cleaner appeared at the windows unannounced causing slight embarrassment since there were no curtains in the bathroom
Room with great views
Slow service at breakfast. No shower cubicle.
Good food Warm and clean Friendly staff Parking good In all a very satisfactory time spent with you.
Downstairs lounge furniture has unfortunately seen better days and needs replacing. We do suggest a good clean and a fresh coat of paint on the door into the kitchen would enhance the passage to the Bistro.
Staff very friendly, location superb, nice rooms.
Very dated building needs upgrading... No Resturant open on Sundays.
Staff were friendly. Bedroom was clean and supplied with fresh towels when needed. Bed comfortable. Good shower in superior room. Good breakfast selection.
Everywhere needed a refurb/decorating. Carpets on stairs coming away and could be a danger area. No soap holder in sink which was needed because design of sink meant things slid into the bowl - frustrating. A secure toilet roll holder would have been more practical.
the staff is very friendly and will go the extra mile to help
the bathroom window didn't close properly
view from bedroom window, quiet location.easy parking
going down to breakfast at 8am and finding dining room closed, staff having not turned up,we needed to be on our way at 8-30.
When a housewife has the chance to go away, its nice to stay in a pleasant & comfortable room,No 6 in The Lily was not that. The, mirrors were useless, bulbs missing from the light & no bedside lights, also no phone
The ensuite. Very modern with coloured lights in shower. Comfy bed.
Wallpaper lifting off walls in several places. Slow service when serving evening meal. Lack of some menu items.
Breakfast was excellent. Barman drove us to a venue as couldn't get a taxi, that's excellent customer service.
Could do with a lick of paint. Had to wait to be checked in and out, think short staffed !
Great bed great shower nice BIG room perfect location lovely breakfast plenty of room to park, what a gem of a place just perfect for my needs.
Having to go home,
Everything was absolutely perfect
Good location, easy parking, good views, freindly staff
Did not know that Llandudno closes on Mondays.......not a problem....an observation
The staff was very good. Parked right outside, which was great. Having a pub with outside table was a bonus, and looking over towards the lovely view of the sea, fantastic
Not too much of a dislike to be honest, but needs decorating in places and main restaurant needs some fresh air
The location was excellent and being able to get high quaity food within the same place is most definately an extra bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful.Having a sea view room was fantastic.
